I thought I read Lenny saying he hadn't given up on him yet. Thought he was going to be a great signing and would be disappointed to see him go without getting a proper run in the team.

Bottom line I suppose is you have to trust the management.

Before Christmas Lenny said that Miku should stay and fight for a place.

Looks like Miku either didn't or couldn't.

I can't believe everyone has given up hope on Miku and welcoming Bangura back for a chance. Miku is a classy player who hasn't settled in properly but would certainly come good.

You're about four months too late with this. Miku isn't even on the bench any more so he's unlikely to get any further chances to prove that he's some sort of undiscovered footballing colossus.

I still always preferred the look of him to lassad. Lassad hasn't impressed me that much either so i think they should both be getting a fair crack of the whip.

Everyone's saying that he hasn't really had a chance to shine etc but why do you think it is? Probably the same reason I don't get picked for the celtic squad - he's just not good enough! Would have liked to have seen him play more but if the management think they have numerous better options, then I put my complete faith in the management to pick the best team :50:

loan players that would be an expensive signing never get a look in, they always seem to get used to push our ACTUAL players on

kind of knew he wouldnt get used much and can't say the management are wrong in puting our actual players 1st in line either

did anyone actually think we would sign this guy for 5 6 or 7m ? really ???

I don't see any point in keeping this guy here. Had high hopes for him coming off the back of a good season in La Liga however it just has not worked out.

Best thing to do would be to send him back and look at other options.

And he looked like he could form a good partnership with Sammy...they seemed on the same wavelength. AND let's wait and see if Hooper stays before we get too trigger happy about punting strikers!

I think he's had time. He's played 11 games and barely shown a glimpse. He played well against Barca and had a decent game when he came on and scored against Dundee UTD, but for me that doesn't make up for 9 pish games. Often just doesn't look interested either, when we lost 2-0 to Kilmarnock he just looked like he couldn't be arsed, then got subbed off and trudged off like he didn't give a *. Not good enough for Celtic IMO.

I'll admit that he sometimes doesn't look interested. But I still think 11 games, most of which were substitute appearances is harsh. I could understand if he had started 11 consecutive games. But he just gets a run of 2 or 3 games then, 20 minutes at the end of a few bad games, and he is out the team. Lennon dropped him after the Dundee United game and after the Barcelona game. What is that about? Give him a chance to gain momentum. Maybe he isn't Celtic class, but his La Liga record seems to say he is a good player. Give him a decent run.

    He's started 6 of his 11 appearances.
Don't think it is harsh, he's still had chances to show what he's about and he hasn't delivered. When a player gets a run of 2 or 3 games and doesn't perform, I think it's reasonable for them to get dropped, especially when we have players like Watt, who's hardly had a run of appearances himself, who have or are proving themselves and are eager to continue to do so. What we have seen of Miku so far shows that he struggles to beat a man, is lazy and is a poor finisher. Those things aren't going to go away after a long run of games.
