Miku

Some players can just adapt better than others. Look at Diego Forlan, couldn't hit a barn door for Man Utd, couldn't miss at Atletico.

 

I'm glad he is here till the end of the season, so he can still prove himself and adapt in time. It's a loan, if he does adapt and hit for we can make it permanent.

 

Wouldnt be surprised to see him start, but, Lasaad seems to be more on form now so it could be him.

 

So is it official he's staying? Would like us to see the seasom out with him. Can't see him signin permenantly though, think Lassads more suited to our style.

 

From what I have seen so far, and bearing in mind Bangura will return and Stokes is nearing the end of injury, i'd personally prefer this experiment to be cut short in January. We will have loads of options up front, and his wages could be better used elsewhere if we are being brutally honest.

Nothing against him personally, and if he does stay I hope he performs significantly better and we get value for whatever money we are paying per week.

I want to see him get an opportunity to start alongside Lassad, either on their own or (preferably) with Tony Watt just in front.

 

Well, the one goal he scored was a lovely finish. Once he gets used to the frantic pace up here, hopefully he can settle down and enjoy his football.

 

If he scores a hat-trick tonight he can stay

 

He is defo a right good player. In fact ideal for European games as he holds the ball up superbly, something we lack a little at times. He needs a run of games I the SPL to prove himself. Will he get that.....perhaps not. Decent player hope he can turn it round!

 

Miku's goal record over the last three years is very decent. So have been his performances at Getafe, which I know you haven't seen. He's not been given a chance here but if you think it's fair to judge him on his time at Celtic then fine.

 

Seems Lennon's decided Lassad instead of Miku from here on in.

Wouldn't mind seeing Miku a couple more times as a sub, see if his heart is still in it.

The lad looks good but lassad is our player and if he isnt settling and will cost a supposed 7m theres no point him stayin around best of luck to him whatever happens

There is no possibility that we will sign him after his loan deal is up - and there are other players ahead of him in the pecking order.

Would be as well sending him back in January.

 

Miku seemed to give up pretty early on - that's why I want to see him on as a sub one last time, to see if he is disinterested as I remember him.

 

As Devleone continually points out, Miku has yet to partner Hooper in attack.

I doubt this would totally change my mind on him, but it wouldn't hurt to try him out with Hoops.

That being said, I wouldn't want to be dropping Lassad or Watt in favour for Miku.

 

Maybe Lenny will bring Miku on as a sub for Lassad.
