Have to say my one massive criticism of Lenny is he seems to * hate loan deals :56:
That Brozek came in, played about 68 minutes and promptly * off again.

I hope it's not the same with Miku as there must be a player in there, he just needs to find some inner strength to deal with the abuse, * weather and * football.

Because I think Celtic actually play some really good stuff at times, footy that wouldn't look out of place in La Liga and he could fit in great but he needs to apply himself (as do the rest of our team of course)

Can't hate loan deals that much when he signed Forster on them twice :icon_mrgreen:

Did Artur not come in on a loan deal as well?

    And Sammy? :fear:

    edit.

Obviously not Neil's signings though... :52:

Yes, both Artur and Samaras were originally loan deals turned into permanent signings.

Always mind Boruc's first game for Celtic - was a friendly v Leicester.....big man saved a penalty that night :50:

Hes not done enough either, sometimes players dont get service or dont play well. Miku's problem for me though is hes not done anything to get into any of the games, hes showed a lack of effort and desire to prove himself even Bangura tried hard to get into games even though he too in his appearances seen barey anything of the ball and never really got a sniff of a chance to score.

I disagree with this as well, for me he has tried too hard at times.

All about opinions i suppose :smiley-laughing002:

Agree on Fortune and Miku but Bangura isn't even starting for AIK any more. Been on the bench for their last two Europa League matches.

This. Miku's a good player and will come good if given a proper chance.

You must have forgotten the rest of his 5 appearances :bbpd:

    Anyhoo........

I've been critical of this guy so far - perhaps too critical.

Give him a decent shot with a partner up front against St. Johnstone tonight, and let's see what kind of performance we get from him.

Would genuinely love to see this guy start banging them in for the Hoops, but if not, I wouldn't miss him if he was gone - would much rather start with Watt anyway.

Bangura clearly doesn't have what it takes.

Obviously I havent :bbpd: But look at Kelvin Wilson or Lustig for example. When they first came in a lot of the support was on their backs and they came good. He needs more time to prove himself.

Would much rather see Watt starting tonight than Miku. The fact that he got dropped after his previous performance against St.Mirren was a terrible decision IMO. He looks lively all the time and has a hunger and a desire that Miku hasn't showed thus far.

Oooft, I'm still far from convinced by Wilson. Lustig's proved me wrong recently however.

Lustig is looking a lot more like the international defender that he is, especially in European games, he has been so impressive. It just show's that some players need a longer period to settle into the team than others.

    Lenny agrees with me. :bbpd:

Ok, so he is probably trying to keep his spirits up a bit, but it's true about the off the ball work he did that wasn't picked up.

There is a player in there I'm sure of it. Not another Bangura imo.

Hopefully he gets a chance to get off the mark tonight.

its strange from all our summer signings miku was the one i was most hopefull for but being a striker has alot of pressure ya dont score your *..

he played for a mid to lower side in la liga and banged in something like 12 goals which is outstanding..

in the games iv seen him play for us hasnt had much supply and ones he did have he didnt finish confidence is key and we cant knock it or he wont preform

ill give him another couple of games before i put him in the high hopes big dissapointment bin.....

Glad hes not even on the bench tonight, would have been fuming if he started again.
