Defensively awful when he came on. Just left Taylor to do everything.

Sounds like groundhog day but sell him.

Surely when he was coming on the coaches must’ve spoken to him and said, “Mikey, there’s 10 minutes left and they’re going to push forward. Whatever you do, don’t let that * Tavernier drift in at the back post. If he crosses that halfway line stick to him like * glue”

I’m 99% sure they must’ve impressed that on him. Kennedy, Strachan, Rodgers.. they must said to him.

How the * is he not just came on and at least done that job today? How can he be so vacant to just completely ignore defensive duties like that? So blatantly.

I keep hoping he will make it here but that today screamed Hibs player to me.

Just not the player to bring on when entering a game management period, just not clever enough.

Technical ability means little when your decision-making is poor. Not a complete enough player for this level.

Well for what’s probably his last Celtic game ever, it was a * shocker.

An it nearly cost us. Not just him alone but he was a major part of it.

Difference between Palma and Tavernier, then MJ and him. Now we’ve won genuinely happy probably highlights just what a job Palma done, cos look what happened when Mikey came on no bothering his * running back. Taylor was going to burst him haha

Go rewatch the game as the clock hits 93 minutes. He leaves Tavernier alone drifting in at the back post. If the ball is crossed to the back post then we probably draw 2-2. That's after the other two incidents where he completely gets bypassed and Taylor goes mental at him.

Aye it was absolutely shocking. Wasn’t the first time he’d done it in the short time he was on already

At that stage we’d spent 5 minutes doing Ole’s keeping the ball they looked dead and out, and he scored 2 last week so may as well.

and first thing he did was turn, skin about 5 * and should have got a foul high up the pitch. Then * hit the fan, and he’s not a backs to the wall guy.

BR said about poor game management after the match, aimed at the team, he needs to aim that within. He got slack thinking in the bag, whereas you need to make sure of that as an experienced manager.

Never been so angry at a Celtic player watching him let the dug Mauler get space.

Three times he was left unmarked at the back post...could've cost us the game.

Even after Taylor gave him it big time he left him twice ....needs to find a club at his own level.

Came on and changed the game: he was the Huns’ best player. Gave the ball away almost any time he had it, was continually caught out of position, allowing them in behind, and just generally handed them a massive advantage. He was literally worse than a man down; an empty jersey couldn’t have passed directly to Tavernier in the way he did.

So badly needs punted it’s unreal.

After 6 years you can't be living off 'has potential' any more, he is simply not good enough.
I was almost disappointed when he scored v Dundee, as it keeps him clinging on - get rid.

Should be on the list to be out the door this month. Badly needs replaced having him and Forrest occupying two first team squad wing positions is insane. We need a clear out there and one brought in now and another in the summer.

As most are saying, their right back got the freedom of the park when he came on.

He was bright from an attacking perspective but that’s not much use when you’ve abandoned any sort of shape or tactics in the opposite direction.

Luxury player who isn’t good enough to even be deemed that.
