    Was an absolute belter that.

Was a good wee battle between them and Sane's a £42m signing apparently?

Leadpipelouie doesn't rate Lustig, in short.

    He is mate aye..

Looks a good enough wee player but 42 mill. Jeez....

Lustig was as forward thinking for an away European tie as I've seen for a while. That lovely wee * to take him in to the box. Ooft. We won't talk about the shot with his left though :fear:

I was convinced he was going to do a Charlie Mulgrew against Killie... just the opposite way around :56:

He got complete stage fright :56:

I stupidly jumped up before the shot and my da gave me a look of, "seriously son...Lustig on his left peg, on the half volley"..

    Sorry :fear:

The way he just ran back immediately head down :56:

GMS and Moussa were placed perfectly for a wee cut back too and he knew he was about to get pelters

Actually completely forgot about the save from GMS's chance as well.

If ever a shot needed drilled in the opposite corner of the goal it was that one.

Thought he done the right thing, gave him the eyes and went to slot it by. Just a very good reflex save.

Wish folk would stop mentioning him as a cb solution. Maybe against Alloa or Brechin in the League Cup but against any decent option he struggles. If we want someone as back up to Erik & Jozo, we need to sign a real centre half, not shoehorn a struggling, at times, right back in there.

I actually think he's better at CB when we go to 3 at the back than he is at RB now a days.

What the actual * are you talking about?

If you can't understand why our players sometimes will have bad games against mega rich teams well then all I can say is, you should go back to Larkhall because you would be well suited.

when you see good pro's like lustig strugle a bit you have to look at the formation and how we are playing and you will mostly see that they are not getting the cover they need and are being left exposed ,i love how we played in city but it does leave us open ,so the solution is buy better and that means 5mill and above defenders or change a little to make us more solid at the back ,if you look at arsenal for example ,they play a great style of football ,most would love to see ,they have plenty to buy big ,they have not won the cl and have not won the league since adopting a more attacking style ,its getting the ballance just right that works when you cant compete financially.

    Daffy Duck ? - yes, close !

(Wish folk would stop mentioning him as a cb solution. Maybe against Alloa or Brechin in the League Cup but against any decent option he struggles. If we want someone as back up to Erik & Jozo, we need to sign a real centre half, not shoehorn a struggling, at times, right back in there.) -

well said mate - at least someone else who knows something about football !!

positionally wrong at the goal and disallowed goal -even gave them a header in the box which flashed past our far post - and this was only Thistle FFS - no mega rich team here !!!
He is, at best, an average player and we need to be more ambitious .
At least in Larkhall they know what they are talking about.
This is a forum - a frank exchange of ideas or so it is supposed to be ?
I love my team and will continue to do so despite the odd poor selection of players.
I rate Rogers and he will not have missed an obvious weakness -watch this space !

You love our team so much you haven't made one single post that wasn't bashing * all season long.

Infact you have NEVER made a positive post about Celtic on this forum. Everything has been negative drivel so just * off
