We just need to score goals against them, mental the defence we're playing in these games though.
In month at least you'd hope that Ralston is out the club, Welsh is relegated to 3rd or 4th choice, Murray probably out on loan and Taylor and one of the goalies 2nd choice.
Edouard and Turnbull need to get their fingers out, McGregor, Christie and Abada hae started well and look energetic and hungry, Turnbull and Edouard need to be more clinical. -
I feel like they won’t be as bad this time as they were in the first game and we won’t play any better.
The bottom line is if they need goals they’ll get them. Shots on target are basically goals now against us. It’s just come too early for us to sort, but hopefully this will be the last time we need to think like this.
The board simply must move faster and get deals done. -

Would I be correct in saying that any new signings now wouldn’t make the first leg of a potential next round of CL qualifying?
We’ll be going up against PSV with a defence consisting of two kids, one of whom shouldn’t be anywhere near the club never mind starting XI, a limited left back, a guy making his debut, and a goalkeeper with T-Rex arms. A PSV side who just put 5 past Galatasaray. There’s a good chance we get absolutely skelped if we get that far.JamesM09 likes this. -

I'll always try and be optimistic, but there's * no chance we're going through. You can have all the attacking talent you want but when you have a backline like ours, then forget about it. You could maybe get away with inexperienced full backs if you had Chiellini and Bonucci as your CB's. But we've got utter * full backs with two babies at CB with next to no european experience. How we've let our squad sink to these depths is down to only two men. It doesn't help us in the now, but be realistic we can't defend, also have a donkey in goal. It just ain't happening.

Alarm bells must be ringing for Ange looking at the defence. He must honestly be thinking to himself how is Ralston the only right back at the club, as he sticks out like a sore thumb every game how bad his touch and crossing are and moves constantly breaking down when on the attack.
He must think, Celtic a big club and attacking team who need to win every week, how the * are they in this kind of mess in defence.
Even Soro who I like he shouldn't just be nailed on first choice as a defensive midfielder. We need another guy, Soro is fine there but not every week and every game, their should be another big more solid guy who can sit and play in the same team as Soro with Soro in more of a Kante role allowed to roam and close down higher up the park in games we need to be more defensive. Shaw also looks to be more like Soro in that he likes to roam around the pitch and isn't really a defensive midfielder. -

BainI can see us winning 2-1 or 3-2, maybe even 4-3, but I do think we'll have enough to squeeze through because we're far better than them in MF and ATT. If the board don't bring in a new GK, RB, CB and LB for the next tie then words fail me
