I think it was because of his surgery he kept having done to his nose and face.

yeah he did have the surgery mate of course he did you can see! but i do beleive him about his skin disorder though!

but who cares what he did to himself ! actors and other celebs do this so why all the * attacked at him? it beggers beleife some how.

Anyways...is it true his funeral wont be for 5 or 6 weeks?

 

I watched about 4-5 tribute programs to him last night (thanks to the missus), and I've come to the conclusion that I felt sorry for him, genuinely sorry for the lad.

Don't matter what I believe having watched all that I do feel sorry for him and a lot of people are right they should just leave him be now, sadly that's not going to happen though. I'm saying no more on it.

 

I agree.....he was a troubled soul,who had no childhood at all.

Actually quite a sick thing ive noticed in HMV Glasow right as you walk in they are selling jackson cd's at a knock down price ,, i dont think its right to cash in on a tragic death

 

i dont think they are doing this for that tbh! his stuff is going to sell in overdrive all around the world now that he has left us! i dont think people realise how big he really was?

ye the hmv at the top of buchanan street was blasting michael jackson out into the street when they were playing something else in store which i thought was in poor taste. regarding hattie having the right to read this thread i'm not saying he doesn't i was just confused as to why he is when it sickens him so much.

 

there are always people out there that will have a go at someone for whatever reason. and ther are folk like me and neil and others that will defend and debate the people in question.

if people on here hated the guy then the y should post something like-

i wasnt to keen on him ,had some great tunes,he shouldnt have done what he did as i think he did? will be a big miss to fans and the music industry ,r.i.p michael jackson.

something like that would be fine with me! but all the * that he was this and that and have no eveidence whatsoever to back the claim up * me off big time.

 

personally i've not gone down that route. the problem i have is the hypocracy of people who are stopping just short of calling for him to be canonized who last week were villifying him. not saying you, neilhattie or anyone in particular come into this category but he was widely regarded as a joke and a paedophile last week was he not? now you are frowned upon if you don't speak of him in glowing terms.

 

ill always speak highly of the man no matter what! m saying show the guy a little respect for what he acheived in his short life and enjoy his music.and if you dont like him? then fair enough.
