I saw Charlie Miller out a few times in town when i was younger..he always had a jakey looking older guy with him who was acting like a bodyguard,,saw him then a few years later when he was with Dun Utd in a pub in Uddingston..he was with Davie Hannah & he ended up standing outside on the street himself mad with it..even though it was only about 8 o clock on a sunday night & nobody much was out... the fat jakey *!

Was walking to work a few months ago and was admiring a belting red Audi S3 on Woodlands Road when Davie Weir got out a cafe and got in. Didn't say anything to him. It's right hunnish to give a footballer abuse and I never would.

In the eighties my Dad was walking down Buchanan Street and seen Ally McCoist in his Scotland team outfit carrying two massive sports bags. He asked if he needed a hand but Sally said he was alright.

Once him and his pals saw Ian Ferguson getting out his car on Duke street and gave him all sorts of abuse. Ferguson pulled a metal pole out the boot and they chased him until he got to The Louden when all the Huns chased my da and his pals!

My Dad and his mates were driving on the motorway in the late nineties and seen a black porsche in the next lane driven by amoruso. They gave him all sorts of abuse but the Renault Megane they were in was no match for a 911.

Received my one and only POTY award from Ally Dawson was I was 10/11ish. Didn't bother giving any abuse funnily enough.

Went to a training camp ran by Scott Nisbet in Spain when i was 13/14

he was really sound and spoke away to my dad about football for ages

i think he was just happy to find some Scots as everyone else there was English

A wee bit of banter is OK but approaching someone and trying to intimidate them or giving them abuse is just bang out of order,Laughatime or Diouf, doesn't matter it's going right down to hun levels and their attacks on Lennon when he's out and about.
    Totally moronic thing to do.

I agree, it's totally embarassing to abuse someone in public for playing football. If you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all.

Aye no chance should you dish out abuse to anyone (hun player or not), it's out of order.

Met the De Boer brothers in my old work when i was about 17 (i think) really decent blokes, spent loads of time signing stuff for people who asked and getting pictures even though they had their families with them.

Seen Pedro Mendes on Buchanan Street one night when he was here, just said hello to him and he did back too.

Met McCoist when i was a wee guy in East Kilbride when i was at dinner with my hun mates family, guy was top class sat at our table talking away, made my mates day.

End of the day i hate them when they are on the pitch, but if i bump in to them when im out i'll be polite enough to say hello.

Eck McCleish outside the sony centre in shawlands, my gran and mum were there and we were having a bit of banter with him, guy gave my wee gran a hug, he was honestly so brand new that i've liked the guy ever since.

durrant - wat a *, thats all im saying, guy was going raj about missing kebab sauce with his order.

Arteta, was ok couldnt really speak to much english but guy was very polite and friendly with alarge group of guys trackied up in celtic tops.

On another note, a guy i know who is very very bitter oranj has pictures and autographs with the K.O.K. Larsson in pride of place on his wall and i give the guy his dues, when asked why he has this it's because, "who wouldnt want a pic and autograph with the best player they've ever seen."

I see Steven Naismith all the time cos he lives near me plus I went to school with him.

Also sat beside Peter Lovenkrands at the Justin Timberlake concert, he was really nice to me and my pal, cos all these silly wee burds were climbing over us trying to get to him and he was saying sorry to us, felt a bit sorry for him to be fair
