    1. You're right - that is conjecture. I don't know the contract details as they're confidential.
    4. The 'Quadruple my net worth' phrase is from Conor's own mouth.
    5. I did point out that this is the supposed split.

You have an extremely weird infatuation with another mans * resting on my chin, that'll be maybe the 5th time you've used it.

Do you want to rest your baws on my chin mate? Is that why you're so wound up about a boxing match? I'll try anything once.

Even if we disregard 4, that's still only 3 statements of fact, but it was not all that important to your point anyway, so I'll drop it.

Agreed. I don't want McGregor's baws on my chin. I'm glad we can move on from that.

So, getting back to the main point, can you tell us a little more about how you hate this sham fight and you'll be downloading an illegal copy the next day rather than spend a penny on it?

Whilst banging your head off a wall should anyone even remotely try and slander Floyd Mayweather :56:

You are all over this fight like a rash with faux anger.

I don't hate this fight. * me mate, I said just a few pages ago that while I had no interest when it was announced it's grabbed me now. It that such a difficult concept to believe? I'm looking forward to it - not in the sense I was with May-Pac or will be with GGG-Alvarez - but it should be entertaining.

Where exactly have I defended Floyd Mayweather? I can't stand the guy. If he was to lose tomorrow it would be hilarious, a historical sporting moment and probably the ultimate slap in the face. I wouldn't go as far as to say I want McGregor to win, but part of me sure as * does!

What I have done is slate some of the suggestions made by McGregor fans about their man. Not a thing wrong with that when they refuse to allow anyone to throw any criticism his way. His fans are famous for their fanatical, protective attitude towards him and it's shown in this thread.

Oh, and yes, I still won't be buying it.

It shouldn't be difficult to believe but I'll explain myself anyway - I don't have easy access to Sky Box Office, can get an HD version of the fight for free the next morning and can't be arsed staying up until 5/6am.

If it was on at a better time, and ordering Sky Box Office was easily available for me, I would consider it.

It's pretty simple. You're comparing the PPV sales of a boxer, in the sport of boxing to a mixed martial artist in the sport of mixed martial arts. One guy is 40 and the other is 29.

One has a massive core fan base built up over 100 years, the other is a relatively new sport, younger than the two of us.

But, at this point in both their careers. More people are going to pay to watch McGregor than they are Mayweather. Might be my opinion, but I'm pretty sure of it.

I'm really surprised to see McGregor has so many votes here.

Here's hoping he can somehow get the job done.

You could cut the sexual tension in this thread with a knife.

It's mad. I'm one of the ones being called a "fanboy", yet I voted Mayweather. Of course I want McGregor to win.

Genuinely more interested in PaulM vs KoK in this thread than the fight just now.

Don't know if it's cos of all the press conference tour * a while ago and then we just had Jones Cormier 2 or that this fight is a farce but at this rate I'll not even be staying up to watch it live.

Thought I'd be buzzing for it but not even excited for it all.

Tbf if we keep going round and round with this mundane * about who earns more or how classy either of these guys are Paul won't have to do a thing - I'll top myself. :giggle1:

I think that feeling is understandable and one that I've heard a lot of people express. Even the 4 press conferences in 4 days was complete overkill unless you really like hearing Floyd yelling 'YEEEEEAAAAHHH' or Conor calling everyone a *.

My guess is the weigh in will have some action to make sure everyone's attention is focused on the fight itself. A bit of pushing and shoving is all it would take to make headlines.

    Live? No.

As I've said since the fight was announced I'll watch it the following morning.

Don't know in all honestly. Not making a point of watching it but if I'm around and it's on then yeah, I'll watch.
