    Mcgeadys agent has said he's not looking for a move (BBC). they are just looking to get the ban reduced/taken away because they don't think celtic were allowed to ban mcgeady.

    a fine yes but they don't think they were allowed to ban him from the 2 games.

    I think he really doesn't wanna miss the old firm game.

    thats gotta be the reason that they've gone public with a response. they should just keep this behind closed doors now :47:

    SFA involved.....thats a 10 match ban for strachan on the way then lol.

    the fine is the only thing he can do anything about .as manager strachan has the right to tell the players to train with the under 12's if he wants to,so no appeal is going to get him back on the training ground

    If they feel they can change the banning set on mcgeady then maybe his part in all this isnt as bad as has been portrayed,otherwise what would be the point of an appeal???

    The outcome of the appeal is not important to the player and agent.

    It's all about PR. He wants to paint McGeady as the innocent party in all this, make him out to be a poor little lad being bullied by Strachan.

    If thats the case the appeal is pointless because the board arent going to sanction the ban then rescind it.

    It will be interesting to see how this unfolds.

    Any idea when the appeal is to be heard anyone??

    if the reports are to be believed then GS had no option and aiden should have had enough respect for the club and the supporters to knock on the managers door,say sorry and get his head down for the upcoming huns game but im afraid it may seem a bit late for that as appealing sends out the message he still thinks he's right :54: we have enough injuries and suspensions looming coming into a hectic xmas schedule that we could really do without this,btw GS obviosly knows this and his decision to ban him for the 1st team shows how badly aiden must have been:97:
