Just because McGeady has a £10M price tag, it doesnt make him a £10M player ... He is far off that.

Thats just how much it will take for us to part ways, because like it or not, he is a major part of the team.

I was having the same conversation with my dad last night, and we both came to the agreement that until he gets a better game head, and decision making, he's holding both Celtic, and himself back.

 

is he our top scoring midfeilder??if not,scores more than most.

is he our leading assist player??if not,sets up more than most.

If so why is he getting in the neck and not the others who are not scoring or assisting as much??

He is off form at the moment but when the form returns everyone will be singing his praises again.An integral part of our sqaud,,he's one of us and we developed him into a good player,,did'nt cost us fck all and the moaning still comes.

 

they are both obviously different types of player but i would suggest that mcgeady generally performs his role in the team better than n'guemo performs his role.

on form mcgeady is one of our best players but he hasnt been since the turn of the year (all the transfer rumours inflating his ego perhaps?) so if it were me i'd drop him just to show he is not indispensible

I got say he's has been ball greedy for a long time thats why wee ginger had a go at him during his time at celtic he had to drop him a few times before he got back into for and playing with his team mates 3 or 4 times tonight keane and cadis ran off him loking for the pass he totally blanked them and lost the ball twice killie nearly hit us on break.
just think his socks need pulled up big time no place in the team for a pre madonna.

The boy should be dropped now. Simple as that. If any other player wasn't playing well i'd say the same thing. On a good day mcgeady can destroy the opposition but lately he's been nothing but p*sh. As for £10 million
