If he was to choose Denmark he wouldn’t be “English” for a premier league squad would he?

That would be correct yes. But does he have or could he have dual citizenship given he was born there and would that be enough?

It doesn’t effect his homegrown status because he has spent 3 years plus in an English youth academy, in his case Fulham.

To give you an example of a homegrown player who’s done similar but plays for France, had even left English football before returning, Paul Pogba. Spent 3 years in the manure factory and is considered homegrown.

He'd still be "homegrown" so would count towards the quota for UEFA competitions

English Premier League and UEFA have different “homegrown” definitions. I don’t think he’d qualify as UEFA “homegrown” unless he played for Fulham in Europe.

Guy seems like he was born to play for Celtic. Already you can tell he loves it here and he’s taken to it like a fish to water. Fancy him to have a stormer tonight.

One of the very few I'd give pass marks too, thought he stood out very well tonight.

Don't think he should be dropped again tbh, our midfield going forward needs to be O'Riley, Hatate and Mcgregor.

Ran out of steam in the second half, but we weren't able to sub him because we stupidly started Rogic.

Played very well first half and should have been subbed off for Rogic around 60 minutes when he started to gas had Ange not started them both. He's first choice now in that right-sided 8 role.

Taking him off corners and moving him to the left to accommodate Rogic were both wrong decisions.

Taking him off corners was clearly because they were a far bigger team and we wanted more height in the box but it just resulted in us having no decent set pieces.

The one good set piece we put straight into the box was his free kick first half were CCV was cleaned out but was called offside. Clearly the best delivery in the squad.

Not a criticism of him anyway shape or for cos he has been fantastic since coming in but * me he moves like an ironing board the amount of times I seen him running off the ball and thought he was injured was unreal

Not ideal to play both him and Tam together. Right now, does not have stamina to go 90 minutes. Was our best player first half. I think he should start and look at hooking him early second half and bring on Tam.
