In-demand Mathias Kvistgaarden has already opened the door to a switch to Celtic from Brondby amid speculation over a January exit for Kyogo Furuhashi.

Selling Kyogo for anywhere near £10m and getting this guy in for the same fee would be incredible business, especially if Kyogo is looking to move on.

I get the Champions League is important but we are essentially guaranteed for the league now. So, this is our opportunity to really get the bodies we need in and we can afford to take the risk and get these guys up to speed before the new summer qualifiers kick in.

We NEED to be proactive here. Getting players like Kvistgaarden, The Norwegian Lad and Tierney in would go a long way to helping us be ready for the qualifiers coming up in the summer I think.

 

If Kyogo wants to go, we can discuss selling him if clubs are willing to pay 10m. But otherwise it's just stupid to sell him when we have 70m cash in the bank and to risk being left with only unproven strikers. Kvistgaarden looks good but not having Kyogo here while he is adapting to the game in Scotland is an unnecessary risk.

 

Him and Kyogo is the ideal situation.

 

Kvistgaarden had a bad knee injury last summer. And he picked up another injury again last month.
