    Silver lining as an American is to see Crosas and Herculez doing well. Wish Klinsmann would take a look at what Gomez is doing south of the border. 4 in 7 for the league and 3 in two against Seattle.

    In Gomez's last 5 games he's played roughly 360 minutes. He's scored 7 goals in that time. A goal every 51 minutes or so. Insane.

    Wow it's awesome that he is w/ Santos Laguna, considering their link with Celtic. Had no idea, thought he was still in Russia. He's only 24, would love to see him return some day!!

    watched him play for santos last night vs Toronto FC (i was at the game) and he looked great! his team is a joke though...diving all over the place, screaming at the ref....after the game a santos player head butted a TFC player and they all started throwing punches at TFC players and security came in and they started pushing security gaurds....an absolute joke of a club, shame seeing him play there and the way his team handled themselves.....utterly shocking behavior....good marc crosas was the only one trying to calm his idiotic team and managers down...get out of there marc and come back to celtic!

    To be fair, the ref was bad, as most refs in CONCACAF. One of the TFC's Dutch guys dived we well and there's no mention at all... and there was one play that could have been call as a penalty for Santos... also Mexican teams are not used to that "physical" football, so they (we) get frustrated really quickly if there are no calls.

    He was good when he was here too - under Gordon Strachan, some of the best football we played was with Crosas in the midfield. He just never got an extended run in the team: why, I don't know.

    But despite never really getting a lot of favours here, he has never had a bad word to say about the club - quite the opposite.

    Would gladly have him back here, alwys liked him. :50:
