I totally agree mate. I didnt think he had as good a game as som people here are giving him credit for. There is no doubt he has talent, I just dont think we have seen the best of him!

Again I must be watching a different game, can someone point out when he misplaced a pass? I can give you at least 5 or 6 examples of quality play of the top of my head.

The shot that hit the bar, the half volley cross field 50 or 60 yard pass to McDonald, the ball to Samaras that split the defence after a tremendous ball from Naka in field to him, the time in the first half he had 3 Dundee United players around him and still found a Celtic player down the right wing etc etc etc.

I think he's getting all the praise he deserves, when does the manager say 'we have a quality player on our hands here' and 'this guy is a wee gem'? Not very often.

I don't think he was superb last night, probably because the midfield was so packed.

But otherwise from what I've seen I'm impressed.

Thing that worries me about the buy back is that hes apparently Barca daft, if he was offered a chance to go back his heart might rule his head.

We started the season without any consistency, however when Crossas and Brown paired up in the centre of the park we went on a great run! This great run and style of football more or less ended when Crossas got injured. He is a great addition to the team currently and will become a superstar!

i can see him turning into a brilliant footballer in the future, just the passes he makes, tackles he wins and the great vision and composure he has does it for me like. hope he becomes a regular in our first team

He also reads the game very well & turns up ala Lenny, just when you need him to help out a defender - as if by magic.

great player BUT he has to play in a five/three (like barca) man midfield . great passing and vision just poor on the defensive side . he's so similar to xavi its unbelievable but xavi needs toure or whoever behind him to give him space to knock the ball about . i dont think celtics formation suits the wee man too much . he would be much better if it was like
    .....................hartley.......................
    ........crosas.................brown...........
as it would allow him the freedom to play his passes and have a much bigger influence on the game.
