    I get the feeling its someone with not much knowledge of the club and they might not even speak fluent English. That would explain the need for a duo.

    This was mentioned last week that Desmond was going to go all out to get Keane to do the job, but only for Keane signed a deal with Ipswich was the down fall.
    Who knows what dealings have been done in the last 10 days to allow it to happen.

    This is the word on the street since last night it seems. I hope by duo they mean a manager and assistant manager. Director of football and head coach is 'too many cooks spoil the broth' for me.

    I think the 'management duo' is a gaffer and an assistant. Ideally i would have Steve Coppell and Neil Lennon. Have also heard an interesting rumour that Andreas Thom has been approached

    I cant see them throwing a manager and assistant manager together who have never worked together before.

    Every manager likes to choose his assistant.

    If its just a director of football who deals in the transfers etc side of things then why not.
