Don't care but i'm happy for them tbh.
Went 50 odd years of absolute *, and were generally pretty loyal and good fans, following their team to the 3rd tier and now they're enjoying the success they could have only dreamed of.
Their club will get tonnes of glory supporters now but it's not their fault.
Imagine being in the shadow of your neighbours and city rivals for decades and then finally stepping out - it would feel great.

Now I understand why huns are such angry, abrasive people.

But being outsung by a couple of thousand Ajax supporters in your own stadium says alot really. That goes for that other outfit from Manchester too though. :icon_mrgreen::bbpd:

Most football clubs have their share of good fans and *. Anyone who thinks otherwise is allowing tribal rivalry to poison their judgement.

I don't care one iota about them but I do detest what their club, and the league they occupy, represents.

I've never liked them but I wouldn't go as far as saying I hate them. I grew up supporting Manchester Utd as my 'English team' so that probably has something to do with it.

No bothered about Man City. Went to Maine Road many years ago for a game against West Ham, fans were decent enough.

Some good players in the team to watch other than that I`m not overly interested.

Can they're stadium hold 50000? Never knew that. But they've always had a fairly large fan base. Saying most of they're fans are glory hunters isn't accurate.

    It actually holds 60,000....

I'm generalising them to an extent but they are no way a massive club with a massive fan base there not or weren't before the rich owners came in ever a big English club plenty bigger than them off top of my head...

    Man united
    Arsenal
    Liverpool
    Leeds
    Aston villa
    Tottenham
    Everton
    Chelsea

I would say all bigger than city without big owners and history etc there a good middle of the table top side...
    Just my opinion of them

Aye, at concerts when you can put people on the pitch. Short of 50,000 for football.

Chelsea have only become a big club in modern times they had little fan base before the Russian came to town. City have always had a big support. What is that list based on? Teams like West Ham have have a big fan base as well.

    Lol, astounding ignorance on display.

I hate to recycle old posts, but the facts speak for themselves.

West Ham are dwarfed by Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham, not to mention Man City.

Go to occasional games with my brother when I'm visiting him in Manchester. They seem a pretty decent bunch.

I'm talking overall not just attendances,Chelsea are a bigger than city and did have a decent support and have won a lot more not just when they were taken over by abramovich,Leeds were regularly in Europe when I was growing up 90's then 00's again and were at the forefront through the 70's in england for a spell...

West ham again are not a big club but have always had a solid 20,000 same with city they may have had 30,000 crowds and been half decent in the 80's etc but there not a big club for me
