Hey folks,
Long time since I posted on here, probably 4 or 5 years.
Recently moved to a new house which has a small-ish garage that's had the door converted to patio doors. Now as soon as I seen that the previous owners left a pub/bar counter, ideas have been flowing for a man cave / home bar sort of thing.
Of course, as usual I never got near it for a month or so, but yesterday I made a start on it. The plan is to have the bar, fridge and 2 sofas in it, with a projector screen on one of the walls, then decorate the rest to look as much like a pub or man cave as possible.
So yesterday I mocked up the projector screen size (Just need to buy the screen now) and it's going to be approximately 88 inches. Perfect for the football.
On the other wall I've done some sketches. I kind of halved the wall. One half, where the dart board is going, is going to be done in the style of the Lakeside, and the other half is a 6ft painting of KT in the style of GeoKOArt from Instagram's paintings (not sure if he's a member on here).
Has anyone any idea what way to do the other 2 walls? Searching google but not found anything yet. Kind of want to keep going with the Celtic theme too, but think the nearest thing to a Celtic bar I've ever been in was the Kerrydale Suite last week :52:
So too make a long post short; if anyone has any man caves / home bars, fire up a few pictures to give me some ideas.

You can get that celtic cystal vodka for the bar :56: with a signed celtic football as a centre peice in a glass box. A qaulity big frame of all your childhood celtic strips, a roof flag, tv etc. Iv been collecting so much since i was a kid for one day to make my Celtic room. Finally getting another place, mortgage in place just waiting for one with a spare man cave room to come up :56:

I've a framed signed jersey in the house with around 15 autographs on it like Larsson, O'Neil, Lennon, Hartson, Sutton, Thompson, Balde, Agathe etc, but I don't think I'd be brave enough to put it out there. But the Old Jersey idea sounds good, would be similar to the media room at Parkhead. -

Put shelves up. It is the most enjoyable activity.
And then full it with the biographies of every player ever to pull on the Hoops. -

Definitely worth doing with old shirts though, it can be done on a budget mate.
Foamboard from Hobbycraft, a stanley or craft knife and some dressmaking pins to set the shirts in the shape you want. And The Range do cheap plastic frames. Here’s my homemade efforts below, planning on getting smaller frames though to get more up on the walls, have so many shirts tucked away. I also need to make more space for scarves, pics and other epic gear

It’s in the hallway in our house next to our wedding picture.
I wanted to use the same hook and take that down but the Boss said “do you want murdered in your sleep? Do you? Do you!?”jake10, Marty McFly, TESLA and 1 other person like this. -

Little bit of advice on the projector screen, a white window blind from Argos will do the job and it’ll save you about 100 pound.
Until my * lamp exploded last month I had mine at about 100 inches and it looked exactly the same as all the screens in the pubs. I only got it until I could afford a screen but never bothered as it was perfect.jake10 likes this.
