Not good enough, simple as that - over the two legs Malmo deserved it and despite their players costing a fraction of ours they looked a lot stronger than us on the park. Which in itself is fairly worrying as they will probably come bottom of their group and get pumped every other game.

no, they won it because tactically they were better and they wanted it more, blaming the ref is a cheap excuse i am afraid

Disagree. He was putting his usual shift in, but it just wasn't happening for him.

Sometimes that's just the way it goes. :54:

I think it hurts a whole lot more that they completely gave up on that game. I just wish that we put up a fight, but instead we rolled over and died.

Time Zones, not going to hang around at 1am after a bang average domestic game.

Well done the better team won. The Celtic dissallowed goal though is shocking and a turning point in the match, why is there even officials behind the goal? Get them to *.

Now get off this forum, you won the match fair and square and should be celebrating. Coming on this forum just makes you look like a complete * tool.

Pretty much the same as Brown & Bitton but you could hear the hurt in their voices. Sutton especially was raging, think he's looking to give the ref a do-in.

Too many players went hiding tonight, the only ones that tried to do something were Forrest and Janko, constantly running at them and trying to get somewhere. To be honest we needed Ciftci on early 2nd half, maybe not fit but at least it's someone physical up top we could play directly into.

Why was Marcus Rosenberg playing for them tonight and not us?
He's exactly the kind of striker we need.

It's not all about Money, you need to get people that like and can play togheter aswell. Team building, and that don't have to cost billions to create.:celt_2:

We will probably thrash St.johnstone next time with a change eleven. But that is the point, we will find it hard to compete in Europe, with the players we have who find it such an easy adoddle in SPL, there is simply little on offer to test the players on a weekly basis, apart from an occasional game with Aberdeen.

PS i rather liked Fisher who has now gone on loan to St. J. And i all thought Mathews was decent , i note he is on the bench at Sunderland.

It doesn't matter. We would have been pumped too.

It's just the big cash we miss out on, the amazing CL nights at CP, the whole entourage of being in the CL, our exposure in Europe as a club. We all miss out on that. AGAIN.:54:
