No excuses tonight. Malmo are no big shakes. We are a better team, lack of investment or not.

Also, * TV3 for their advertising/whoring, rather than giving Lennon and Brian Kerr the chance to say their piece. Real football men there and they keep getting * cut off. Sums up the sport these days.

Johansen had another nightmare. Two positives, Gordon and Forrest the rest were nothing short of murder.

I don't think we've got 1 intelligent footballer. Commons, arguably, our most creative player had a runner (Janko i think) in acres on two occasions. One he blooters over and the other he goes into the middle. I don't think there was a lack of effort we just looked devoid of any imagination at all! We were rightly concerned about defence but we have * all at this level from middle to front at this level either! Very worrying

5am, I struggled but deep down I always wanted to hope, sadly, common sense prevails and I felt we * it in the first leg, 2 away goals was as good as a loss going into an away tie like this.

13-7 in attempts, and 6-2 in attempts on goal in Malmo's favor according to UEFA. And this when we were chasing the game for 70 odd minutes. * right off.

Berget looked good in both legs, the only way we could stop him was to foul him.

    Pointless

    We can never spend enough!

How can you keep a CL Quality team all season while mainly playing against the rest of the spl ?

As chris Sutton said ... Liverpool have spent 1/4 of a billion this summer!

We might as well give up...

There's no solution for us! When it comes to Europe

Missed the boat years ago on possibility of playing in England

Only a European North /South league or similar will ever get us out of this .
