I feel sick. I'm in my hotel room absolutely reeling. Didn't get to see the game because the pub that we phoned, said the game was on, then we turn up and the telly isn't working. No other pubs in the area had BT sports. Glad I stayed off the drink tonight because I'd be even worse. I feel like greetin'. What the * happened with our goal that got chopped off?

 

Midfield has been shocking, this mob have been running all over us. Sad to say the glory nights in the CL are going to be thin on the ground the next few years unless we get players who are willing to put themselves on the line and show some fighting spirit. A gutless performance from too many players and as for the set piece defending...? I hope that this defeat shows the players that just turning up is not good enough if you want to play on the big stage. That being said the Europa League is a better competition for us as I think we would have got humped big time had we got through. I thought Janko,Forrest and Armstrong were our best players tonight and I would like to see them get a decent run in the team

 

The players didn't play at all. They all forgot how to play football. Seemed like they froze cause they new how important this was. They seemed so confident before the game. But no one showed up (except Gordon). They should take equally blame. They let Ronny down.

 

* disgusted about this performance. We didn't deserve anything today. Yes the 1-1 should've stand but apart from that they were better at all aspects (even set pieces, where the * were our tall/strong in the air players? Virgil? Mulgrew? Boyata? Bitton? * this zonal marking) and I'm not sure we would have held a draw.

Should have ended this tie at Celtic Park, that's were we should have hurt them badly. We didn't. Malmo showed today how you keep a solid lead with fighting spirit and a good organisation. We, on the other hand, showed how shaky our defense actually is.

Hate to say it but Malmo deserved to go through. Were mature as a team. And Berget... have to be honest he was a joy to watch. He was literally everywhere. Congrats Malmo.
