It at least narrows it down a bit for day 1 until there's more to go on since there will have to be a lynch and better that there's a general consensus rather than Minty using random.org.

 

I thought cop lover would be he has no power and when the cop dies he dies as well? Is that not a town role in itself and not one you can split since Minty put (town) next to it.

 

I don't think so. It would have been Town (alignment) Cop Lover (role).

 

I took my role from Serial Killer + ability, but I only got Town + ability (no kill).

 

See me for @Valhalla probably hasn’t played this format much, and I doubt he checked the Role list(he may have done or they may have done) but all three roles are there..

Think he’s deserves some credit for the early role claim at this stage, he’s the only one to do so.

 

So it would be alignment + Cop Lover, not Cop + role.

No he’s - Town Cop Lover - So if there is another Lover in the game and they die so we would he.

 

Just a lover to the cop surely? So no cop powers but will die when the cop dies. That's all I can see it being.

Town Retired Marine
Solo/Serial Killer with ability
Solo Condemner

I discarded Solo Condemner, took the Town alignment from Town Retired Marine, and took my ability from Solo/Serial Killer with ability.

 

It has an investigation too, as well as dying when any lover dies

 

I don't have an active ability, by the way, which is why I don't mind disclosing that.

Yes it's a weakened town cop essentially, but not overly difficult to see why it would be rejected since you'd bank on someone else taking a regular cop, and there's plenty of other good power roles like watcher/doctor/jailkeeper etc and it's a bit of a * when you die just because someone else died
