    Seems a reluctance to switch to @SUMMER TIME yet the wagon on @Tim-Time 1888 built quite quickly, interesting.

    I’ll say it again at least Tim has given a character, a weak one it seems but at least it’s a claim.

    The most Town thing to do would be to lay a vote on Summer, until we hear from him and then examine the character claims.
