Really strengths our bench. Maeda starts no question but Palma a good option later to come on just as Yang is on the other side with Kuhn starting.

Yep. Another strong player added to a pretty strong bench now..

We're shaping up well for the run in. Good timing..

Good news! He's a starter for me when fit. Though I can see why Maeda will start at Ibrox

    Defo.
Think maeda has shown previously in these games he bosses it.
Plus he's had an extra zip in his step since the Asia Cup also.

If we need some creativity near the end then he's ideal.

The difference in the squad from just a month or so ago when we went to Tynecastle is absolutely mental. We had barely a midfield to put together, now I have no idea who’s the best options in midfield due to them all having quality attributes different to each other that’s difficult to figure out how you would set them up.

Then on the wings, Kuhns emergence looks * unstoppable (aye 3 games into it so far but don’t think it’s him playing above his level), Maeda is Maeda - he’s crucial in big games and sets the tone for us despite him being frustrating, Forrest has emerged again as a superb option to see out the last 20 minutes and have a real effect on the pitch, Yang has returned a different man from the Asian Cup…

We’ve went from 5th/6th options being played to quality options.

Meh, my first option off the bench would be Yang over Palma (to replace Kuhn). Wouldn't sub Maeda against the Huns unless he's exhausted and asks for a change. Having one more useful option can't hurt though.

Not a chance, Palma’s far more likely to grab a goal or set up a goal. His creativity is so far ahead, it’s been 2nd only to O’Riley this year. Scored 2 in the CL, big games at a high level and the game at Parkhead against them showed a different side to his game just completely nullified Tavernier, didn’t allow him over the halfway line. And him coming off was a major turning point for us being under pressure against ten men, when MJ was the exact opposite defensively against him and it could have cost us dearly.

Yang can be electric, and again his defensive side I like even when he’s not on his game, but Palma’s proven far more effective.

If Maeda is going to be out for the rest of the season it’s time for Palma to step up and prove he has a future at the club.

When he first came in he looked a real find but has been off the boil and injured. Hopefully he can chip in with goals and assists to the end of the season. As mentioned in the match post, two of our better league performances this year were with both Palma and Hatate in the team.

Lets hope he can hit the ground running this weekend and get a good hour or so to get his match sharpness up. Hopefully a goal as well to really boost his confidence as we really need to see him at his best now.

I do think the presence of Hatate will help Palma greatly. They've only started two league games together - one of them being that 4-1 win at Tynecastle in October

On form, Palma is our best wide player - hoping he can get some if that early form and confidence back again.

Your right although I think Hatate helps everyone in the attacking third.

Hate his attitude. Laughs everytime he makes a * of it, which is more often than not.

Found good space but should have scored two. His efforts were poor.
