It’s a disturbing sight that a citizen can’t use his right to free speech to call him a nonce in public. Looks like a couple of Statue defenders stepped in to hassle the guy and throw him to the ground for calling out the truth. And then the police stepped in to separate the guy from the statue defenders. Pathetic.

I see they silenced the rest of his protest. Aren’t we always reminded of those men and women who gave their lives in WW2 so you and I can have free speech and not live under a Fascist * state.

    This is just sick man!!

Charles and his siblings standing at the coffin as the public stream by gawping in as mobiles go off.

And they talk about dignity! As dignified as washing ones balls in a puddle.

Sick * freak show the full thing man.

A NUMBER OF people have been arrested during events held across the UK in recent days following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

A woman who was arrested yesterday during the accession proclamation for King Charles III in Edinburgh has been charged today.

Police Scotland said the 22-year-old woman is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court at a later date.

The woman was arrested outside St Giles’ Cathedral, Edinburgh, yesterday in connection with “a breach of the peace”, a police spokesperson said.

“She was charged and was released on an undertaking to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court at a later date.”

Separately, a man has been arrested after a protester was seen shouting at the royals accompanying the queen’s coffin on its way from the Palace of Holyroodhouse to St Giles’ Cathedral this afternoon.

I assume that's him was arrested.

Anytime I’ve seen the BBC lately they are trying to ram down everyone’s throats that the whole of Scotland are out on the streets paying their respects etc. It’s so pushed and fake to try and make out the Union is stronger than ever. There is a few thousand folk out in a country with 6 million people ffs.

Was reading that the funeral is going to cost about £6bn. * scandalous if we have to pay for our funerals then why can't her estate pay for hers she wasn't exacly short of a few quid. It shouldn't be up to the rest of us to pick up the tab.

A lot of folks ignoring the obvious here! That holding up a sign with the word '*' written prominently on it whilst in a packed town centre in the middle of the day is always going to land you in bother.

    Another one mate.

"It was only when they declared Charles to be “King Charles III” that I called out “Who elected him?” I doubt most of the people in the crowd even heard me. Two or three people near me told me to shut up. I didn’t insult them or attack them personally, but responded by saying that a head of state was being imposed on us without our consent.

A security guard appeared, stood right in front of me and told me to be quiet. Two more security guards came along and they tried to push me backwards. As I asked them to give the legal basis for what they were doing, the police came over, more or less moved the security guards out of the way and took hold of me. I was outraged that they were leading me away, but was taken aback when they told me they were arresting me."
