    not the most ideal location in england but Pulis and Stoke are to me a half decent team who could/would have offered probably more the double we were offering and he chose us.

    not having ago or anything mate just saying with your theory that it pretty much defines Ledley to point as well because if the rumours are true then Ridgewell's possible transfer to us share a lot of similarities as Ledley's is all.

    so it's not worth completely rulling it out.

    Also, allows us to play:

    M. Wilson (Matthews), K. Wilson, Mulgew, Ridgewell - until Izzy is back.

    By simply being there he would sort out our CB and LB problem.

    This boy is quality and would do a very good job for us, probably the first rumour that has actually excited me this pre-season, getting so bored with Bellamy and trialists etc...buying a decent cb like Ridgewell will put us on track in my opinion. All we'll need then is a decent target man and I think we got a squad.
    Is buying players and building a squad really as difficult as we make it look?
