thats a balanced midfield, Apparently Ledley gets back to do the dirty work so if a manager can actually get us to play a proper 442 and play One AM at any time so ledley forward brown stays back and vice versa, then we could acutally score come goals from there instead of play 2 CDMS

and he can deliver good set peices

 

One paper said Liam is looking to move to Celtic because he knows he will get first team time, and he is doing this to get national team time and recently O'Dea (who is regarded as a backup) and Sheridan (who I think should have a role this year) are getting national team time, so Liam knows if he moves here he will benefit from it in every aspect. I'm thinking we will end up signing him for 2-2.5 mill, which would still be a great deal.

End product though?? Which is what your ultimately looking for in a winger. Neither consistantly cross a ball or score goals. Ye canny argue wae that mate.

Know Lawrence from his days at Sunderland, a good player with a great cross on him, still only 28 and would be a great signing. Gets a few goals and great at deadball situations. If we got Ledley, Bullard and Lawrence I would be absolutely delighted. 3 quality players, a huge improvment on the current squad. Think if these signings were to come true it would signal the end for McGeady, maybe even Brown.

If we got these players In I would be really excited, this is the type of players we need right now, for me Ledley would be the massive signing, he really is a class player and will be sold for a huge profit if he did sign for us (hopefully will stay a while)

Get these 3 in, get a new LB and CB in and I would be very satisfied.

I dont no mate, that Ledley loophole is putting us in prime position to snap him up, teams dont want to pay 5 mill in compensation, also I think Liam really wants to join. Not trying to set my hopes to high but I think we can snag all three

Liam Lawrence sounds plausible.
Dunno about Joe Ledley.

But Bullard will either ask DD nicely to pay for half the wage, accept a huge drop in wage, or hoping Hull City would accept a loan offer that would mean they still have to pay 50% of his wage even when he's away on loan. No chance that Celtic can meet £50k.
