    seems pointless signing him because he is a right winger. We are coming down with guys who can play wide right. What we really need is someone who is natural on the left, either left footed or very two footed. Faddy is a player who can play left, right, playmaker and 2nd striker. We should be concentrating on chasing him. Last year of contract I would reckon we could get him for 2, maybe 2.5 million.

    Another guy who is a natural left winger is Andy Driver. Love to have that pace in the team too.

    Yea, definite case of a player trying to get himself signed by the club, rather than the club trying to sign the player. Bet his agent had a script prepared every time he spoke to the press.

    im a bit confused lawrence said at the weekend that he expected to sign for us as soon as mcgeady signed for spartak then today 3 days later he claims he aint coming as he is fed up waiting but mcgeady hasnt put pen to paper yet. i dont get it. their must be more to this than meets the eye.
