No chance we're letting a 20 year old with his talent go to his for * all, if the shoe was on the other foot they'd be charging us millions for him.

No chance he's going to Hibs permanently. Immense potential, it makes absolutely no sense.

 

Another season on loan at Hibs would be perfect, Lennon would build the team around him and playing week in week out is precisely what he needs.

Still think he'd be useful in our squad this year though. By my reckoning only Brown, Johansen, Bitton and McGregor are ahead of him in the middle - not that much considering at least one of them will presumably be sold and we'll be playing hopefully at least 50+ games this year.

Wouldn't be happy with a permanent deal though unless we had a buy back and/or a significant sell on clause.

 

Loan him out to the championship down south.

 

I like him decent youngster could develop well

 

Hope we don't sell him, wouldn't mind seeing him go back to Hibs on loan or maybe a championship side for another season

 

I would be annoyed if he left permanently to be honest. He is always looking to get into space and asking for the pass. He seems to have a confidence that some of our older players don't have when the game isn't going our way.

 

Should be captain tonight imo. Would be happy enough to give him game time in starting 11. Looks good enough.

 

Shouldnt be put on loan. Clearly has what it takes. Had two successful loan spells. Would be a waste. Should be in and around the team this year. Should be seen as browns backup/ replacement.

 

Showed in the first half he's got the bite, drive and passion that so many others in his position lack. Technically gifted too, as well as being a natural leader-evident both since he made his debut with us, and with Hibs last season.

 

I'm in two minds, He's good enough to play for us in Centre mid however playing week in week out under Lennon will aid his development - quite a hard decision.

 

Really don't see why we would loan him out at all, nevermind to Hibs again. He has shown more to me than guys like Armstromg, Christie and even to some extent McGregor and Johansen. Don't see why he's continually been shunned. I think he'd be a solid rotational player for us this season, and if we let him go we'll regret it.

 

He's a better footballer than Armstrong in my opinion, really hope we keep him as he'll only get better. Maybe loan him out for one more season, but ideally at a better standard than the Scottish championship.

There's plenty youngsters in the Celtic team so I doubt that's the reason. If he prefers Hibs for any reason it'll be because they've actually gave him games.

Have to say i'll be annoyed if Hendo joins the long list of promising youngsters Celtic have wasted or let slip.

 

Spot on m8.....hopefully the manager has seen enough of him and a good few others !! We need to get the squad trimmed badly , what we * on wages for these guys has to be put to better use !!
