Much better fit for Celtic than Bitton thus far ... should be getting more game time

 

Great to see him back and he looks to have been in the gym which isn't a bad thing. Great talent

 

We effectively were playing a 3 last night. Brown and Bitton in the 'sitting' roles and Johanse ahead of them. Even Henderson tucked inside a lot to join up with the play.

Brown got a lot better, positionally under Lennon. He was initially played wide right in a 4-4-2 which suited him and the team perfectly, before eventually moving back infield.

 

Looked excellent last night. He's a player with great potential at the moment. I wish we'd used him the Europa matches to give him that bit more experience.

I'd get him on a 5 year contract pronto

 

Thought the young lad played great last night. Looked really sharp and seems to have the energy to fit Ronny's style of play.

 

I'm glad to see Henderson back in the squad. It was refreshing to see a youngster break through last season under Lenny and for him to get back shows he's got the ability.

Played very well last night and didn't look out of place. I wish him all the best.

 

Got to keep him in the team. Until such time as we have wingers capable of doing the business we should be playing a diamond with 2 up front. Get it done Ron!

I hope eventually this is the road ronny will start using(for those good enough), as we had henderson then Thomson, o'connell and mcgregor on the bench yesterday..
Albeit due to injuries but will be nice to start seeing our best kids (like hendo), getting a run, more than that really as he's now knocking on Ronnys door for me..

Really think this lad is going to be something special. Good he's getting played in his preferred position. Also pleased that he's not a wee munchkin like most our youth graduates in the past.

 

Was on Soccer AM showboat last week twice for his skill at Kilmarnock, forgot to mention it.

 

Problem may be that our 3 best youth players are centre-mids Henderson, Nesbitt and Thomson. They will be keeping each other out the team.

Henderson reminds me of Muller a bit when he's playing wide on the left. It helps with the way he took his goal too.

 

It really is hard to believe he is only 18 at times, just hope it's not a case of a few good matches then not seen for months on end again.

Play him consistently from now on, he's influenced both of the matches immensely so there's no reason why he should be dropped anytime in the near future.

 

He looks vaguely like him and they have a similiar build , gait and running style . People ALWAYS say players play like a certain player and he always happens to look like them

I thought he was very poor in the first half vs Accies, played better after the break. Don't think he should be playing out wide!
