The best/most creative players let the ball do the work . If they are running themselves into the ground chasing lost causes they wont be able to do that .

Celtic arent going to get a team full of great players on the ball though. For domestic football it doesnt really matter our quality will shine through but to do well in Europe we need a team who can out run and out work the opponents to get better results.

I think Ronny defiantly sees something in Hendo which is why he's moved him to Norway

Rosenborg wants to extend the loan:(http://t.co/dHluQRYHHU) I google translated the article and edited a little bit where it was hard to understand:

I have not talked with Celtic about the possibility to extend the loan with Liam yet, but I will says Kåre Ingebrigtsen (Rosenborg gaffer)

Liam Henderson was described as Celtics biggest talent when he came, and after two goals in twelve minutes against Viking is 19-year-old searing in the RBK shirt.

    Better than expected

Ingebrigtsen now admits that the midfielder has proved to be even better than they thought beforehand.

    - He has been better in the sense that he has a better fit as inner runner than we thought. Liam is inner runner, and has all the skills needed to be. And it has surprised me a bit to find that kind in Scotland, he says.

The most important aspect and the joyous surprise believes Bruttern still is how teen has conducted himself off the pitch

    - We have really gotten what Deila said we were going to get - a very nice guy in the locker room and training group. He is dedicated, willing to learn and listen to the other boys. That was what really was the greatest excitement is. We knew what he could as a footballer, when he had the role that he had in Celtic. But he has proven to be a wonderful boy who has slipped nicely into our group, he says.

    Deila decide everything

The transition came about after Bruttern called Ronny Deila and asked if Celtic boss had a midfielder on loan. Deila came up early with Hendersons name, but did not even believe it myself completely on that talent would go to Rosenborg. But after the idea had time to mature a bit, arranged on the transfer window's last day.

Now quoted Henderson that he loves Rosenborg and that he does not exclude being in the team longer than the original agreement which runs out on 30 June. But Ingebrigtsen is clear that neither he or Henderson themselves decide what happens after the summer.

    Celtic has a plan

    - It's all about what Celtic want. They sit with all the cards. Deila are very concerned about what is best for the boy, and Celtic have a plan with him. Both short and long term - very concerned about the development of his. If it is best for Liam to be here, he can stay. But if Ronny thinks that it is best for him to go back to Celtic he leaves for Celtic, he says.

At the request of Adresseavisen, still try Ingebrigtsen on a kind of probability calculation that the loan extended. The analysis is not entirely surprising, that it is a completely open question.

-It's Hard for me to answer that. I can not say other than that the chance that he will pass the summer is fifty / fifty.

Asked whether it might be possible to buy Henderson Celtic Ingebrigtsen lets out a little laugh.

    - There has never been a case for us to buy Liam. RBK not buy players from Celtic, somehow. Then we must in that case have found some old money from Champions League era lying in a corner. But there have coaches before me been- and they have spent all the money, he said.

While RBK several times previously sent players to Celtic, the first time a player goes the opposite way. But despite immediate success, Bruttern doubt there will be so many more from the Scottish club Rosenborg.

    - The relationship is not Celtic, for my part, it's relationship with Ronny. If he has more players who are on the water surface and needs matching, so we can obviously be an arena for it. But I do not believe in a lot of traffic between Celtic and RBK. I think that Ronny has the same situation as us - that he did not have more money in Celtic than that he must have the players he has himself, he says.

Also worth mentioning that the Rosenborg fan attitude has gone through several stages regarding Dumbo/Hendo.

    From/to:
    - Why do we need another midfielder? He can't be better than those we have.
    - Alright, he's decent. But is this our new way of doing things? Are we so skint we have to loan teenagers from abroad just to fill the ranks?
    - Is it possible to extend the loan? Can we buy him?

I just thought it was a bit funny how the tone of talk about him has changed dramatically in just a few weeks.

A few weeks ago I would have been horrified at the thought of him extending his loan but I'm starting to think it might be a great idea. The only way being here would be more beneficial if he was given a long, uninterrupted run in the team.

2 goals in 6 mins FFS give the boy a start.

To be honest he will be maturing by moving abroad and adapting to a different culture. But he needs to knock up some minutes and get a run of games against half decent opposition to benefit.
