Lennon's Subs and Tactics

His tactics and subs are always woeful

 

Im starting to think Lennon has done all he can for this club....win the crappy splflpfp.
We are dire in the Cl and will end up out on our * this year and i dont think we will even scrape third.
In three games we have scored one deflected goal from open play,and ill be surprised if in all three games added together the keepers have made more than 10 saves against us.
Take FF out of our team and we would be losing these games 3-0 4-0.
His subs drive most of us mad and the timing of them are * stupid,what the * can any player do in 10 mins when we needs goals ect ect.
Sammy/commons and lustig have all been out injured and yet in a very big game in our season he still playes them and at least two of them were just not in the game and maybe unfit.
What is the point in signing all these young guys but never giving them a chance.
Time for some changes lennon sort yourself your team and your subs out.

Cant understand his tactics tonight , don't think he gave ajax any respect and we were lucky we never got a real hiding !! We were far to loose and gave the defence little protection , if we had dug in like we did in barca or even Milan we would have got something from that game !! However he wasn't helped by some really shocking efforts from certain players only the back 4 and kayal can be excused the rest were poor to rotten imo !!

 

I'm done defending Lennon's decision making, tonight was a joke.

 

He just doesn't know when to make a change. It's like he realizes that he can make a substitution when it's like less than 20 min left of the game.

 

I don't see what the big deal is.

I would have hooked Forrest for Boerregter and left Stokes on, Kayal was magnificent and Commons did well but both look knackered, so Pukki and Ledley were the obvious replacements.

 

Commons wasn't fit enough. He shouldn't have played and then he was left on too long. Beyond that I don't see what else he could have done. We were terrible all over the park except at the back.

 

Absolutely * clueless. He seems to think the same tactics are going to win every game for us which is very worrying

 

Not this * again, guarentee everytime you log on after a defeat lennon is slated for his abilities. I for one trust our manager.

I thought Sammy played well ! He was at the start of all Ajax's best play ! Shocking from a player wearing the capts armband !

If you think we will beat ac milan your in dream land,i truly think we have won our only game in the groups this season,and worst still we have maybe only scored one goal from open play.
We are getting worse as the season goes along.

 

Think Lennon should push boat out a bit more in the later stages when we are losing,but hey i'm just a FM genius

 

Why he left Samaras on and took Stokes off I'll never know

 

Honestly tonight aside im just not happy with the football were playing in europe or the league, our inability to pass the ball with any conviction is embarrassing, we cant keep the ball under the slightest bit of pressure, our movement and awareness in general play when we have the ball is non - existent and if set pieces arent working for us we have absolutely nothing else to offer in a creative sense other than Hoof ball... which we also arent good at.
