did anyone else see at around the 80th minute when the camera was on him and he sitting without a clue like mowbary against st.mirren ? I agree with smell the glove. The leagues a long shot. Especially with Hooper out and them bringing Jelavic back

by the way, I compared our points after 16 games played to their points (hun points in brackets). here are the stats from the last 6 years:

16 games 36 points (huns points 38 plus one game in hand)
    16 games 33 points (37)
    16 games 43 points (36)
16 games 36 points (31 with 2 games less played)
    16 games 41 points (28)
    16 games 38 points (23)

    Outcome:
Season in green = SPL champion
Season in red = SPL runner up

I have always been supportive of Celtic managers whilst it looks like they still have a handle on the job, so don't mistake my supportive nature for blind faith in the manager. I was against The Rookie getting the job in the first place, I advocated long and hard on this forum for Craig Levein to be given the job as anyone will know that reads my posts regularly.

Last night was my saturation point with Lennon. I want Wee Ginger Baws gone now, and a decent experienced manager brought in now to save our season.

going by them stats, we're far from a crisis, as we were on 36 and won the league.

I had my reservations about Lenny also but hes here now and wont be going anywhere so he has to have our support.

Lenny has no managerial experience so he was always going to be tacticially naive. Thats no suprise. I just hope he's learning along the way - and quick.

One thing he has to get right is though is - his signings. A manager cant be a success if all his buys are crap and the team suffers as a consequence. He has made some good buys - and some bad ones.

January is crucial. Kelvin Wilson doesnt seem to be the answer IMO - if Lenny does buy him and it goes * up then he's on a shooky peg indeed.

Everybody on this forum recognizes CB as a position that needs drasticailly strengthened and if it doesnt when it appears we do have the funds to do so (McGeady sale) then Lenny should probably go.

Nobody expected a tactician magiciian when we got Lenny - what we need though at the very least is him having an eye for a player - January will prove this either way IMO.

It's too late for that. Lennon has already signed a load of no marks in summer, and we shouldn't be trusting him with anymore money in January IMO.Lennon is no between a rock and a hard place, and it is all his own making, he signed these duds and he is stuck with them. Hooper being out now is the tin lid for him. Does anyone seriously expect Lennon to put out a team that will beat Rangers at Ibrox. ? No I thought so.Keep Lennon and we probbaly go eight points behind Rangers in the New Year. There is no way back from that scenario in my opinion. If we get an experienced clever manager in now, he might just be able to do so. Fat Sam is available. I would be tempted to go for him. Fat Sam at least knows how to build from the back and put out a strong, physical resolute defence and would be able to inspire the troops again.

Nowt random about it mate.your scouting a player right now, your trying your best to get the player on the best deal possible.deep down inside you know that the manager might not be here in 6 months time

on the otherside of it, you think another man comes in and am doon the pecking order

do you come or dont you???? its a valid point

not a bad shout although maybe a little premature.. The thing about the huns game IMO is if it goes well for us it keeps the wolves away from Lenny's door and gives us something to build on.. If it goes wrong on January 2nd I feel it will go spectacularly wrong.. I'd hold fire for now and see how our next 2 fixtures at home to St Johnstone and Motherwell go first.. They are must win games right now..

we,ve at least got to give him to nearing the seasons end, lenny is his own worst enemy, he keeps up with this 4-4-2 , still not working, if hoopers out there goes the goals that at least dig us out of a hole, needs to change drastically, great opportunity to make ground up, same old story we score but cant defend.

    Grand old team
I like other`s want Lennon to be a success at Celtic - But what we dont need is his Strachan book of bullshit quotes telling us we played well against kilmarnock and our application was good !!! Teams that play well and are the size of a club we are compared to kilmarnock should be sweeping teams like this aside - How many more excuses is he going to come out with if it goes * up again against St Johnstone. The fans are not stupid we know what were watching just now and were AVERAGE to say the least and to say on radio that this starting XI is as near as damit the strongest side with McGinn & Amey Highways traffic cone = Murphy he`s having a laugh.
