There is no way HE can defend his players today after yet more league * . He should be apologising to the fans before getting his squad in at 8 am tomorow morning and doing a full week of training at least 40 hours during the week like the rest of us that pay their * wages .:47:

If he did say this, it is a bit petulant.

You make it seem as if it's been weeks & weeks of abuse and criticism. If anything we've been too lenient on the team with our shocking SPL form.

Lenny knows he's * adored here, to say a comment like that makes me think he takes the fans for granted. I hope it was spur of the moment and he comes out and apologizes. Fans have paid good money for a Season Ticket and are not getting bang for their buck.

heat of the moment comment. People are disappointed about the result that's the only reason why everyone is making a big deal about it.

Obviously the pressure of the last few weeks getting to him.

Probably shouldn't have said it but hardly a case for hyperbole.

It's time Lennon got the finger out and started tearing into some of these pampered players who think they are undroppable, and start bringing in younger hungrier players like McGeough and Fraser for the SPL games. Play like this against Spartak Moscow and we have no chance

If Old Co were still in the league would we be still top on this form? I don't think so and Neil would be getting a lot harder time

what fan in their right mind aint gonna complain about the performances in the league they have been * instead of getting stuck into people who get thousands of pounds who are sooooo tired not even half a season in,he'd like to make out that the fans are being unreasonable .sort out you team selections stop acting like a spoilt *

Old co would never have been in the league new co aye but they would still have the team they have just now and would be lying in the bottom half of the table

Well he was and saying that the fans need to look at the bigger picture.

The reality is that our attendances are dwindling and further performances like that will ensure they continue to do so. The bigger picture is that next season when it comes to renewal time more and more people simply won't bother, especially if prices remain the same or are increased.

I can understand Neil being frustrated but it's a totally needless comment that the arseholes in the Scottish media will gleefully jump on.

Fans are going to be rightly * off if they keep serving up such poor home performances.

Yes I do expect him to say nothing, he should be professional enough to not react to a few people behind the dugout shouting *.
