Lennon Miller

I still don't like the look of him, he's miles off it defensively and even in the attacking areas he's not got the class of McCowan, Hatate, Engels, Bernardo on the ball.

He can pass and hit a ball about but he's too Charlie Adam or Billy Gilmour like for me.

Lik that 2nd hun goal, all our midfielders for me catch and block that pass from Cerny. He is young and might get quicker and shaper and will get smarter defensively but he does lack quite a lot, I do wonder who actually buys him as he's well off the level of good teams.

Needs to work on his stamina and defensive side of the game or he will be another Turnbull

 

Absolute * in the last week against them and us. Defo pass. So * slow makes turnbull look like daizen. Barron showed him up today.

Meh. He had absolutely nothing to work with today. Motherwell were utter *. He can’t do it all himself. Couple of bad moments for him though, didn’t cover himself in glory.

 

I'm no exactly choking to bag him, but he's obviously a talent and playing in amongst our players/culture and under our manager he'd improve drastically.

He's got a higher ceiling than Barron. Currently more ability in his locker despite being 4 years younger too.

 

He hit 2 shots then never was seen again until he made a pass on the about 85th minute.

Said it on the huns thread, pretty pathetic outing especially up against that hun midfield of Barron and Diomande but Motherwell all round were poor and looked like they accepted they were losing as soon as the equaliser went in.

 

He was beyond garbage today but only young..

 

Aye, but was also very unlucky not to score with at least one of them.. the free kick especially was a touch of class.. you can definitely see he has something.. plenty if development left in him..

But, fluffed his lines today.

 

I would still pay £4M for Miller. He has more potential than Barron and is four years younger.
Miller is nothing like Turnbull, who wasn't Celtic minded.
They used to say Kuhn was garbage, look at him now.

 

He showed glimpses of keeping possession today when his team were playing 'Hoof ball', also he did his defence duties decently well. It would be a no-brainer to try and snap him up definitely has the most potential from a Scottish youth player I've seen for a long time.

 

Didn’t watch their game today, but judging him on today alone and ignoring his previous work would be silly. He’s got enormous potential.

 

There was no direct comparison with any of those players, i made the point that the move to celtic might take a bit of selling to Miller and his family, such is the pressure at Celtic. I had no intention to directly compare them.

I dont need any convincing of his talent either mate, iv been one of his biggest advocators for some time now. Id have bought him in the last window.
