    Low risk signing with regarding the fee and he is proven goal scorer here. However he need control himself a bit better, as he will not get away will that here. He might bring Stokes out of his shell, as he has not be the same player since we sold Hooper.
    We still need a striker for European arena and I don't think he's it.

    This is the first signing that made me furious. I'm always optimistic about new players and willing to give players time before judging them. I need to think about this tomorrow, when I will be cool headed, but at moment I really don't give a * about Griffiths.

    As I already said he is cheap option. Why Lennon didn't bought him last season if he really likes him that much? For me he's a type of player like McKay or Higdon, he can score in some poor league like SPFL, but he will fail miserably in CL. Also, what about our young strikers Atajic and Watt? They will be probably sold or loaned out again on summer, because Lennon couldn't be arsed to give them a proper chance. We change our strikers as socks, nobody can settle in first XI. I can see Lennon buying another striker on summer, because I seriously doubt that we will play in CL with Grifiths as our main striker. I will eat my humble pie only when I see him scoring in Europe on regular basis.

    I believe that we wouldn't sign Griffiths if this was a summer transfer window. Now we were short on time, other players didn't want to come, and Celtic put 800k just to get somebody in, so that fans can't criticize the board. A for the board, those people should get to *. Unbelievably tight * they are. Instead trying to make us competitive in CL, we will now listen to good old story: "We can't spend big, we are playing in * league, etc."

    Honestly, I don't really get this signing but until I see him in the hoops I'll reserve judgement and hope for the best. Never liked him at Hibs but we'll see how it goes.
