    In the 15 minutes he was on I though he offered more then Ralston. I still have no idea why Ralston was offered a new one year deal. He is not even good enough to be a decent spfl level back up for us IMHO. Of the group of young Irish U21's that are at the club O'Connor is the one I think has a chance to make it with us.

    If O Connor cant get in the team ahead of Ralston, no matter his age, experience or if it was only a friendly that's worrying..

    I'd rather play with ten men than have Ralston in the team..

    Play him tomoro, make him guaranteed second choice behind whoever we sign. Punt Ralston. 30 mins v Wednesday and 20 mins v Preston he has by far looked most comfortable at right back

    Born after 1 Jan 2000 yes, but not sure if he meets the association criteria though. Signed Sep 2019, hasn't been at the club for a full two years.

    Captained Irish U21s a few months ago. Has a senior cap too, albeit in a * friendly. Nowhere near the finished article, but he definitely has more about him than Ralston

    This, 100%. Not sure at all why Ange hasn’t already established him in this position in the pecking order. Lad clearly grafts hard, can defend shows flashes of skill, and isn’t slow - almost none of that can be said for Ralston (except maybe the work rate thing).

    More than enough about him to think he could succeed in an Ange side.

    There must be something up with him that we don’t know about. Maybe seriously struggles for fitness or his concentration completely goes during games or something.

    Honestly can’t understand how he doesn’t get a look in during this situation.

    There has to be something going on because I just do not get it how he cannot get ahead of Ralston who is just nowhere good enough even to be back up for us at right back IMHO.
