He is not fast enough and his final ball is pathetic, what does he work on in training, Christ over 2 seasons at Celtic and 90% of his crosses are * i don't know how Strachan can restrain himself from not *-slapping him after every game. Source of frustration.

Naylor has gone from being great in his first season, to being P.I.S.H. He has the honour of playing at Celtic and against arguably the best team in the world on Tuesday and the guy looks as though he'd rather be anywhere else. He should * off back down South. Celtic need to stop making excuses about finances and buy a * LEFT BACK. How much longer can we put up with being fobbed off every transfer window? I'll bet the board will start making big noises about signing players, then mislead us with claims of protracted negotiations, before hitting the Championship/N. Irish league/other SPL teams for players. No wonder we looked pathetic on Tuesday. Our squad is severely lacking in quality. I think we'll struggle in the UEFA Cup, if we end up there.

Naylor had a great 1st season and was great sadly his family are not with him and its clearly a factor in him being * i honestly dont think he wants to be here ,

We need to get some one esle in id Give wilson a shout there odea a chance there even loovens untill jan , Barry Robson done a good job at Left back in the spl game he played there maybe we should use him just now ,

 

How bad is the coaching at Celtic's training that this guy can be at the club for years and still not be able to hit an accurate cross into the box onto a striker's head?

He needs competition much like Boruc does. Unless there's quality competition for places the guys will just stagnate and turn in average peformances.

 

He's well past his best.

I think Naylor suffers from lack of confidence at times. I wonder if he gets on with the lads in the dressing room. He has put in some fine performances for Celtic in the past, the games escape me cos they are few and far between, but unless we sign Sylvino or someone else in that position it looks like we'll be stuck with him. He shouldn't be playing IMO, but he will untill things change.

 

let him stay and get another left back (so one of them is playing when in top form)

I also think that he isn´t that bad (others say) and made a few good assists.

 

He also suffers from a lack of ability.

Sylvino? Jesus Christ why on earth do we need a near-retirement age left back that got caught out in the EPL while at Arsenal let alone now that he's lost his pace. He's more of a winger than a left back and that's why Van Bronkhorst got a game ahead of him at Barcelona continually.
