  2. Well the fact you said it would be good for him having Diarra and Brown behind him suggests you feel he will be back in the team.

  3. In all seriousness though, whoever said that about Commons is making sense. They don't play in the same position, but if Diarra was to sign then I'd imagine Johansen would be pushed up and take Commons' position.

  4. Well, yes, Kris Commons will play for Celtic again once he's back from injury.

  5. Not until somebody * up or gets injured to make way for him he won't, or at least shouldn't.

  7. From what I remember he was quite liked at Real.

  8. So you wouldn't have him on the bench coming on at maybe 60/70 minutes to change a game?

Personally, I'd have him infront of McGregor everyday for now but each to their own.

  9. McGregor has been playin wide right( which is why I think he's playing poor) though, Commons would be far to slow to play there considering he's far to slow to play in the middle in my opinion

  10. Quit posting irrelevant gifs or images, bans are being issued

  11. McGregor's played best for us at wide right, he just needs a wee spell on the bench. Not really bothered about pace, his link up is one of the quickest in the squad, make the ball move quicker it doesn't matter how fast your players can run.

Would have Commons wide right, wide left, in the middle. A midfielder who can whack in 32 goals a season while staying at the top of your assist table you accomodate.

People are acting like the reason we've had a run of 5 games winning is because Commons has been injured, I don't see it like that. The biggest difference in the last 5 games hasn't been Commons absence, it's been Efe Ambrose's absence at right back and the act Mikael Lustig is back bringing balance to the team.

  12. Threads merged

  13. He's on twitter saying nae signed for anyone....:54:

  14. I'd disagree I think the team plays a lot slower with Commons in the team.

Commons wasn't playing as a midfielder when he scored 32 goals in the team. That's why he isn't scoring as many now as he has been brought back. he was playin just of the striker, which is where I would play him but unfortunately under Diela's tactics there's no position I would have him.

  15. Is he known for his honesty? or is he known for telling porkies?:97:

  16. hes not been on his official twitter for 2 years ppo might be getting mixed up with mahmadou

  17. He was playing as an attacking midfielder, he was high up the pitch but he was still an attacking midfielder. He's proven he scores goals coming off of the wing as well.

Fair enough if you disagree, I still think his link up play is some of the best in the squad, like him and Stokes against Moscow. Get close to other players and move the ball quickly and your sorted, Commons is capable of it, as is Guidetti I suspect.

  18. 100% this.

Even still can't believe a Diarra rumour thread has somehow turned into a debate about Commons leaving :56:

  19. It's his official Twitter and he's said he hasn't signed for anyone.
