[Link] Landry nguemo

He just dosn't seem like a celtic type of player to me to be honest. I know that sounds weird but its the only way i can describe how i feel about him.

 

We still need a quality cm for the finalf third, neither nguemo or brown provide this.

 

never said he was. i just said that those who can't see what he brings to the team are those that could not see what Hartley did for the team.

just because he isn't an attacking midfielder Celts think that he isn't 'Celtic minded'. there was plenty of people on here saying we should get rid of Hartley because he doesn't go forward. what N'Guemo does now and what Hartley did then, was provide a base of play by creating a sense of security for those going forward and an atmosphere of relief to the defence knowing that he is sitting between midfield and defence. what N'Guemo does is subtle yet invaluable to the team. if his concentration and focus improves i think we could see an outstanding defensive midfielder on our books.

i think it would be foolish to let him go. but that's my opinion.

 

Is it me or does it seem that Brown is getting booked near every week, he needs to time his tackles better as for NG staying then its a yes as he is a ball winner just needs to find right pass at times then he will be a good holding midfielder

 

keep him as a back-up to brown when he gets suspended.

 

i guarantee he'll be sold after world cup for 5 million plus if we dont buy him

To be fair 1.8 Mill (is that the price ???) would be a steal. and it will be so good if we sign him, he was an amazing world cup, and we can just sit there all smug. He is a very good player.

 

I can see it now.. if we dont sign him he will go between 4-6 mill and have a great world cup... or we will sign him for 1.8ish and he will get injured lol just our luck

He has been terrible all season and had 1 good game here and there... he is not even worth 2 million he will get found out again like he has this season at the world cup... we cant buy him! he just isnt good enough i will be deeply dissapointed if we sign this lad

finally someone who thinks the same as me on this thread. everyone wants to sign him because he is cheap but 1.8 mill for a player who can't pass 10 yards is not cheap

 

I'd rather try and get a Scott Severin than spend 1.8 on N'guemo...

 

severin = watford reject whos at the worst team in the spl on loan, mcbride struggles to get near the hibs team!
