    For the first leg of the Spanish Super Cup against Athletic Club Luis Enrique has made five changes to the side that claimed the European Super Cup on Tuesday in Tbilisi against Sevilla. Those who come into the side are Marc Bartra, Sergi Roberto, Thomas Vermaelen, Adriano and Pedro. Out go Jérémy Mathieu who has not travelled to Bilbao and Andrés Iniesta, Ivan Rakitic, Gerard Piqué and Sergio Busquets who are all named as substitutes.
    Starting 11: Ter Stegen ; Alves, Bartra, Vermaelen, Adriano; Sergi Roberto, Mascherano, Rafinha; Pedro, Suárez, Messi
    Subs: Bravo, Piqué, Rakitic, Busquets, Iniesta, Sandro, Munir




    Seems like an adventurous line up, quite risky but good to give others a chance. Plus is it ever risky when you've got Pedro, Suarez and Messi up front? Is this the first time Vermaelan has played? Be interesting to see how he fits in.

    He only played one official game at the end of last season, but has played in all friendlies this summer. However, I support my favorite club tonight, behind Celtic course. Go Bilbao :57:
