    Sad to see him go but that just shows how loved he is and how good a player he's been for us. Really wanted him to see out the season but we got the best years of him. I'm generally of the school of thought that you shouldn't keep players that want to leave, and he clearly wants to go. Decent fee for him too.

    Best of luck to him, a complete Hunskelper and a modern Celtic icon.

    It’s quite hard to determine which result would be best because all the match day 8 games kickoff at the same time.
    I did use the result simulator on uefa’s website and plugged in the results i predict for the other games

    If we win, we’d finish 13th and we’d would get either Monaco(19) or Brest(20) in playoff .

    A draw, we finish 19th and play either Aston Villa(14) or Atalanta(13).

    Lose and we are in 20th and will play either Juventus (13) or Atalanta (14).

    In all these three scenarios simulated, if we win it be Arsenal or Inter in last 16.

    But then I did another and in 19 and 20th place was Man City and PSG. So winning might not give us the best scenario. Nevertheless I would want us to win against Villa irrespective.

    Gutted to see him go. Not only the best striker since Larsson IMO but I don't think I've loved a player this much since Larsson. Always feel disappointed when he gets subbed and have a bit of extra celebration when he scores. Hope he has a stellar rest of his career

    If its this close we 100% have something else close to being complete.

    He's been great for us but I'm excited to shake things up tbh. I don't think he's been as impactful this past year and I'm relatively confident with the right level of scouting and outlay we can replace his goals. I also think we can get a better all-round player, if not being able to replace his movement and pressing ability, fully.

    Shame he didn't get a proper send off.
