Liked his interview. He's seems calm and confident in his ability to succeed at Celtic. Its going to be really interesting to see how he performs this season. If he performs like we hope he can he will definitely be one of our key players this season. It nearly always seems to be the case that Asian players have a good work ethic which is always a good start. With players like Kyogo coming in we really need to get the players that arent giving 100% out the door, we dont want the influence of any bad eggs ruining a good atmosphere in the dressing room.

Finally getting rid of Ntcham was a relief. I will be even more delighted when his wee buddy Edoaurd is shown the door, his pathetic 'couldnt be arsed' attempt on goal v Sevco last season is still etched on my mind. Absolutely * infuriating and totally disgusted with the guy, just get him out of Celtic asap.

Intelligent, calm, calculated, what you need for a striker sometimes. To think outside the box (literally). Japanese players have that humility. Think he will be great here.
Unlike those who sulk or eat tunnocks tea cakes on the bench.

He's the only signing this whole transfer window that actually excites me as he looks quality and something different to what we already have.

Physically mate, he is stick thin. Hes never bullied a defence physically.
I think iv seen him score one headed goal in the hoops. His strengths are the technical side of the game, not the physical side.

Give me a technically gifted player over some big hatchet man like Curtis Main, every day of the week.

What a load of * man.

I do have concerns over him as a lone striker in Scotland. I won't lie.

We certainly need another couple options up front, especially when edouard inevitably leaves.

If you read any of the my posts before this, the whole point im making was in support of Kyogo cause someone was calling him lightweight. My point is that Edouard is lightweight as well but it doesnt make him a bad footballer. Numpty.

I know Japan isn't exactly known to be super physical

But atleast in his highlights for a lot of his goals he was happy getting his body about and getting rough with defenders.

If he adopts the same attitude here with his slight frame he could be a magnet for fouls in or around the box.

Its like frimpong who we had. The slightest hit on someone small looks like a deadly foul and wins free kicks. A thing we seem to never get anyway, but surely when this we mans getting thrown about the ref will have to blow atleast once to keep "under the radar"

I think he’ll be off the left, Ange seem’s really rigid in how he likes his strikers to play and it’s between the box with back to goal.

Frimpong got stretchered off something like 4 times in his debut season. hack after hack, career enders every game, I think there were 2 yellow cards given in all that time. I am convinced he didn't leave Celtic, he left Scottish football.

That's how he used strikers in Australia/Japan? I'd have thought he focused on pacey strikers in Japan at least.
