Kyogo Furuhashi

Some of his finishes at Celtic have been some of the best we’ve ever seen and he has a great goal return, yet there’s a criticism he isn’t clinical enough.

His goalscoring record speaks for itself this season but after last night you get the feeling that's him....he's gonna really light it up mist week's til the end of the season..

Would love for him to have a performance like that in the cup final coming up. Unplayable when he's like that. Too hard to get a grip on..

We know he's got that in his locker. Just hasn't been like that too often..

 

Obviously not close as good, but some of his finishing remind me of The King. Especially that he loves a good ol' chip.

 

the lob was something I think any striker would be proud of. There wasn't much space, had to get it out of reach of the keeper so hit it high but also at the right angle so it came down really quick.

 

The one vs Hibs in the cup final was extremely Larsson-esque

 

Both finishes in that final were top tier.

 

I think that's him now scored against every single team in the league this season aswell.

 

Proving the doubters wrong. Go on the wee fella. Delighted he’s getting back to pre injury form was getting a bit worried myself he wasn’t going to find it again. He did have a bit of a an explosive return from injury at end of last term mind so maybe wasn’t to do with injury and it was just a confidence/form dip.

 

It was his all round play and involvement in the build up that I loved last night, he was * excellent. Back to what we seen a t the start of last season

 

Probably being a bit nitpicky here but I still feel like the team as a whole should be finding more of his runs. We were doing that yesterday but thought he made a couple of cracking runs against Killie and the pass never came.

A wee bit more courage to play some of those passes and at the very least you put him in a dangerous area where he has the ability to make something happen.

 

Think that’s it. He’s been very good this season, he was outstanding for large chunks of last season. Victim of his own standard. Would love to see him destroy the huns

 

17 goals in 20 games is ridiculous. What a guy.

at this rate we should be worried about someone trying to buy him rather than giakoumakis

 

Hard to believe Ange starts him ahead of Giakoumakis so often.

 

Happy Birthday to the best striker in Scotland. This should make some realise why selling Giakoumakis has to be done for our model. Two 28 year old strikers! We need a new young forward with sell on potential.

 

Meh. I want effectiveness, not mere potential. GG and Kyogo are fine, age-wise.

 

Agree when it comes to the CF position. There we just need a clinical one no matter the age imo.

 

Said it before I'll say it again thats probably the area where we most miss Tam.
