Maybe assumed because if his height he wouldn't be a threat at a corner. O'Riley crossed it in low as if he was aiming for Kyogos heid.

With a special shout out to Joe Hart's "dad at concert he had to take his teanage daughter to" level of dancing effort behind him

Just wanted to say, Joe Hart's dancing efforts are a bit pathetic there:56:

great stuff - still amazing how all teams dont put men either side of the post.
so basic yet so effective - not complaining as we scored but there is still elements of killing teams of - we have 7 points now, no more silly mistakes at dropping points.

    be ruthless!

tomorow night is a 6 pointer - to win tomorrow and at the weekend will be great going into a recharge the battery break for many of the squad - how many we got going to the WC? CCV, JJ, Mooy, the danish lad? Maeda - unlucky for o riley prob came 6 months too soon for him.

i think last season in all but one of Gia's goals were a first touch finish - i am not big into stats i watch and observe games.

It is nothing against any of the 2 x players tbf - great players who want to excel work on their strengths and also put extra effort in on their weak parts of the game - stay behind do extra with harry kewell etc (if he is the striking coach etc) before warm ups during games Kewell is the one who works with the strikers and attacking midfielders.

the difference against the best in europe is less chances and be more ruthless - griffiths also found it hard in europe at times - it has been a common problem with celtic in europe for the last 10 years. once we tidy that up results will improve and some luck in the draw. interesting to see shak take on rennes i think, i would have fancied that and really it should be us given how the 2 x games against us went.

Proving yet again why he’s our number one CF. As if he really needed too. Starts in tommorows tough away game in Motherwell 100%.

Just so sad not seeing his face scoring against Spain, Germany or Costa Rica being assisted by Hatate.. I hope they finish bottom on Minus 20 goals with 0 points..

Jury’s still out on that this season, for me. If Kyogo hadn’t just scored (and had a really good all round game vs United), I would have had Giakoumakis all day long vs Motherwell’s kind of defence. Couldn’t blame Ange if he still went that way tbh. GG isn’t as much a flare player but goes missing far less often than Kyogo.

Why are so many people up in arms about Kyogo not getting a Japanese call up? I'm glad our best striker is not away risking injury while not even playing for us.

Because, although we don't want our players over worked or injured, we DO want them to be recognised.

Probably because they’re worried it puts players off coming here, if it becomes known international managers don’t take the league serious.

But maeda went so by definition that argument doesn't make sense feel kyogo has been bad in Europe and manager has looked at that maeda despite his lack of goalscoring offers something else

We should sign whoever got in in front of Kyogo and Hetate. They must be some players

Yes, one out of a possible three.

It’s quite well known some international managers don’t rate the SPL.

one plays for bottom of the Bundeliga Buchum and basically hasnt kicked a ball all season, the other plays for cercle brugge and has 7 goals in about 16 games.

Meanwhile since Kyogo was ditched he's got 2 goals in 2 games, up to 11 for the season now :)
