To me it looked like a cork/crushed nerve, one of those ones you get that sends your arm full numb and you can’t get the feeling back for sometime. Usually they are bad for a couple of days and you either do it again straight away or it heals fine.

Would he be back to normal training if there was anything needing longer term repair?

Really hope he’s good for tomorrow… although I’d like to see Ange reverse the setup and start with Gg and Maeda then swap to Kyogo later… so hopefully on bench at least.

Wish this was kept under wraps until the night. They’d have thought GG was starting.

    Sky are a joke.

Buzzing that wee Kyogo is looking fine, feel he’s much more suited to this game than the weekends.

Ange Postecoglou have revealed that Kyogo Furuhashi is available for Tuesday’s Champions League clash with Real Madrid.

Kyogo was taken off five minutes into the derby after hurting his shoulder in a challenge with Gers midfielder John Lundstram.

However, the on form forward was back on the training pitch on Monday morning and will compete Giorgos Giakoumakis, for a place in the starting line-up.

The Japan striker scored six goals in his first five league games this season including a hat-trick in the 9-0 demolition of Dundee United at Tannadice.

Speaking to Celtic TV on Monday, Postecoglou said: “Kyogo hurt his shoulder and trained this morning. He looked OK so he is available.

“I haven’t made a decision on whether he will play or not but, in terms of him training and doing everything in training, he was fine.”

What a great sight to see. Even if he is not fully fit enough to start tomorrow at least it seems there is nothing serious.

but Kyogo Furuhashi could feature after taking part in Monday’s training.

The Japanese sustained a shoulder issue in the weekend win over Rangers, but the boss said: “I am relaxed. I want my best players available and he is desperate to play and the way he plays he can cause anyone problems. We will give him every chance, but if he doesn’t come up, we have alternatives and we will still have a team out there that can compete.”

Looks like he suffered a burner and just needed a day or two for it to get back to full strength.

I actually foresee him coming off the bench tomorrow. I reckon GG will start and look to run their CB's around a bit and hopefully Kyogo and Haksab come on late to provide some spark.
