He is one of the very few in the current team that can turn a game for us with his vision and skill .

 

So many on here saying they would like to see our best player go? There only is one other contender, VVD who will be going anyway :smiley-laughing002: If Commons goes we will struggle to win the league.

The same ones that think Pukki just needs more confidence and Efe is a great 'entertainer' no doubt.

 

Tbh id take 2mil for him. He only has 1 year left on his deal and is rumoured to be asking for a 3 year 25k a week contract.

Really we can only afford to give 25k deals to players that stand out in Europe.

No doubt he would be one of our best players in the league this season but we don't need him to win it.

 

Letting commons go would be a big risk and could very easily bite the club in the *.
He got us out of jail plenty of times last season.

Would be sad to see him go but if some of the figures mentioned are correct then we should probably take it providing we will invest it bringing in players.

Great, great player domestically. On the European stage, I cannot think of one outstanding performance he has given.

Tbh we'll win the league without him, assuming RD is given half of that reported £7.5m to find someone else who could improve us in Europe.

It was 300k, but do you really see us getting another player for 300k who can score as many goals as him? Not a * chance.

anything above 6 million is a no brainer. I think a complete revamp of the team is needed, just like Lennon did when he came in and 7 million for a player commons age is far too good to turn down.

 

I would be shocked if it was anything over £6m. That' sounds mental. Good player or not, given his contract situation and age

 

The most any club would offer for him at his age, when available for a free in under a year's time, is 2 million i'd suggest.
