we were fairly * second half, but he looked pretty * good on the ball

 

that was probs Maj as he has come out and said maj was dealing with off the field issues.

 

Great to see him back as he is my first choice on the left wing.Him & izzy make a great partnership down that side.

Commons is just a confidence player though sadly, he's always been like that. I remember him being a good young player even at Stoke, that's * years ago, then at Derby he was excellent at times (he beat Manure all on his own pretty much once) but he's always unpredictable and inconsistent, last year was his best year in football by far as he did great with 2 different clubs but for some reason he's never been able to keep up a great run, whether it's mental strength or something I dunno.

One thing i'll tell you though he's unbeatable on his day, honestly if he's 100% physically and mentally up for a match he will take down Barcelona or anyone, And I really think he likes Lenny and Celtic so he will stay, faight for his place, and get his fitness and stride back

(I love Kris more than most of you as he was born near me so i'm proud of him as well lol)

 

I understand your mancrush on Commons. I hope he does well as I was all in for this guy after last season

 

Thought he looked quite good actually

Great to see him back today. He came on and gave us stability and fought for possession on the left. He could be very important to us in the run in. Is good for at least 8 goals between now and the end of the season.

 

Excuse the cliche but it would genuinely be like a new signing.

It could be the difference between winning and losing the league.

Was so pleased to have him back yesterday, loved the good reception he got too. Looked a lot more comfortable & hopefully it won't be long before we see a Kris Commons special.

 

I would love that but we all know Brown is first name on the teamsheet, even though that looks the *.
Still, even dropping Sammy the now wouldn't be too fair coz he's been playing out his skin in the last 2-3 months.

Couldn't agree more with this, especially if we do not bring another attacking player in during this transfer window.

I feel an on form Commons creates and scores more goals from the LM position than an on form Samaras.

 

Done the business when he came on looked very sharp too.

 

Would be great to have last season's COmmons back as an option. However,I dont think we will play 2 wingers that often so he will have to compete with Sammy, Forrest and Stokes for a spot which wont be easy.

 

Hes not chubby he's just been hitting the gym too much. Upper bodybuilding just isnt what you want if you're a winger I mean unless you're like wee jinky who had to do it just so he wouldnt be shrugged off the ball. Commons is not a wee player.
