Let down by the rest of the side more than anything. Left on his own and he gets blamed when he misplaces a pass. Now he's taking the blame for the defeat when he saved our *'s plenty of times.

Efe helped us into the last 16 a few years back, had countless solid performances And won many trophies with us

And yes toure has been good since we signed him but he himself has a habit of stupid mistakes throughout his career

This, hopefully nobody uses tonight as an excuse to say he is on the decline. He's an important player for us.

Had a howler, don't blame him completely for the loss but they were basic mistakes made by the most experienced player on the pitch. How you go from having Aguero in your back pocket to that am not sure, has been brilliant since arriving will just be a rare off game for big man.

I'm the biggest fan of Kolo, was saying to my mate he'll be our POTY at the end of the season, which made me look a bit of a fool come the 90th, but those two mistakes he made ultimately cost us the game. Given that the game finished 2-0 and those two goals came directly from the mistakes he made there's nowhere else you can really point the finger. Obviously the rest of the team were lackluster but it's hard to deny the facts.

What happened has he been hanging about with efe?

He has been solid for us and had a bad one. Draw a line under it and move on.

Didn't even have a bad game either, had an Efe game. Was rock solid apart from the mistakes.

It's his first bad game for us that I've seen. When our attack was playing as badly as they were though a mistake was always going to cost us. The best thing to do now really is to draw a line under it and move on. Any OTT criticism will undeservedly damage his confidence when he's been on par for best defender with Tierney so far this season, if not better.

He has been nothing short of outstanding for us all season. Really impressed me. He deserves not to be held to account to much for this.

after w hump sevco on sunday this will be a distant memory

I still think he'll be our best player this season, or at a minimum our best defender, though from now on I'll probably be a bit more quiet about it. We'll see how things pan out. Like most have said he didn't even have a bad game, just two isolated incidents that unfortunately for him cost us greatly.

Kopite does a spoof BR impression/reaction video to Kolo's mistake.

Trademark Kolo Toure tbh, seen it a lot throughout his career.

Was doing brilliant as well, one man defence at times.

He's a quality player, but has mistakes like that in his game..

It's a shame the these mistakes occcurred in exactly the type of game he brought in for..

Total Jekyll and Hyde performance last night, had one of the best 45 minutes I'be ever seen from a Celtic centre back in the first half.

2nd half Efe Ambrose took over his body.

from His Interviews with ITV and BT Sport

Overconfident, how you say, for the first goal. The second goal, the same thing. Maybe I was thinking about the other action because I don't like to make mistakes. But mistakes happen and you always learn.

Even though I'm 35 now I'm still making a 16-year-old's mistakes in the game.

I made a mistake with the first goal, should have cleared the ball with my left foot to the side. I like to keep the ball, I like to play football. That cost us the first goal. I was still thinking about the first one, the mistake, and the the second one happened.

I'm very disappointed for the club and the fans. Two mistakes and we lost the game.
