This guy would be to us what Larsson was to their fans IF ... if they had the quality squad to back him up. Look at their lineup, we got nothing to worry about, Austrian internationals are not going to help them keep up with us this season. I think its just a matter of time before and EPL team comes knocking on their door for Boyd, next couple of years maybe, when that happens, they got nothing left...

    boyd couldnt lace larssons boots,

boyd > larsson ?? nae way... we dont fear boyd the way the huns hated larsson ,, also lets see boyd do it on a world class level in europe etc ... no way.. he gets posted missing in a lot of games. tbh. any good defence against him.. whereas henrik can go against anyone.. and still be dominant.

he scores goals for the huns in spl .. but he dont have all round world class game that henrik larsson had.

wait, hold on... Im not saying hes anywhere near the player Larsson is, Im just saying he'd be a similar thorn in the side for our fans the way Larsson was for them. I would never say that, your going to get me in trouble LOL

i know what your saying battalion , but honestly i dont rate boyd. hes not an all round class act , like air both feet , intteligent and assists like say a henrik larsson, ..i dont have the same element of oh no ... the way henrik did to the huns ,, every one of them ive spoken too were so relieved when henrik left us it was unreal..

i used to always say to my hun pal . 2-0 today , 3-0 today .

they say " who scored ? larsson.?

nearly every time against the best aswell = i say " aye lol:celt_2:

boyd does score goals , but what has he done against us ? to be a thorn in our side.

    Kilmarnock 2-2 Rangers

[IMG] An eventful weekend for Naismith

Steven Naismith netted a dramatic injury-time penalty to give Kilmarnock a point against a wasteful Rangers, before he heads to Arsenal on trial.
Kris Boyd had put Rangers ahead in the first-half with a fine finish from a Dado Prso pass but after the break Frazer Wright levelled with a header.
Boyd netted again against his former club to restore the visitors' lead.
But Kilmarnock won a late penalty for Alan Hutton's handball and Naismith made no mistake from the spot.
Allan McGregor began in goal for Rangers after Lionel Letizi failed to recover from a calf strain.
The injured Chris Burke was replaced by Libor Sionko, while Alan Hutton came in for the injured Phil Bardsley.
For Kilmarnock, Gary Wales and Stevie Murray made way for Danny Invincibile and Allan Johnston.
Boyd missed an early chance when Brahim Hemdani supplied the striker only for Boyd to shoot wide of goal.
Naismith cleared a Julien Rodriguez header off the line before the hosts had a penalty claim turned down when the ball seemed to strike the hand of Boyd.
The home crowd erupted again when Naismith went to ground under pressure from Clement but referee Alan Freeland again dismissed the claim.
And three minutes before the break Rangers went ahead when Prso fed Boyd who tricked two defenders before planting an angled shot in the net.
Kilmarnock got back on level terms mid-way through the second period when Wright rose to head home a corner for his first ever Kilmarnock goal.
After a bad miss by Invincibile, Rangers manager Paul Le Guen made a double substitution, introducing Thomas Buffel and Filip Sebo for Lee Martin and Sionko.
Prso spurned a couple of gaping chances before turning provider again for Boyd who showed how it is done by dispatching easily beyond Smith.
But in injury-time Kilmarnock were awarded a penalty for Hutton's hand ball, and Naismith rifled the ball into the roof of the net.

Kilmarnock: Smith, Fowler, Hay, Frazer Wright, Greer, Johnston (Dodds 82), Grant Murray, Leven (Fernandez 45), Naismith, Nish (Wales 45), Invincibile.
Subs not used: Bell, Di Giacomo, O'Leary, Adams.
Goals: Wright 63, Naismith 90 pen
Rangers: McGregor, Hutton, Smith, Rodriguez, Svensson, Sionko (Sebo 74), Hemdani, Clement, Martin (Buffel 74), Boyd, Prso (Rae 87).
Subs not used: Robinson, Adam, N'Diaye, Ponroy.
    Goals: Boyd 43, 85
    Ref: A Freeland.
